4. a) The individual racing rules, paragraphs 1 and 2, shall apply to Relay races, that is to say for all members of the Team, both participating and relayed Team members;

b) Breaches of the relay racing rules are considered as follows:

     - RELAYING NON TOUCH: The relay has taken place without a touch or that the touch has not been obvious, clearly shown, and seen by the Referee or Assistant Referees;

     -不通过身体接触交接：交接时无身体接触，或接触不明显、没有明确地表现出来，或裁判、助理裁判没有看见。

【有话说】最近的世界大赛中，关于交接时身体接触的判罚问题，可参考对比冬奥会女子3000米接力韩国队未被判罚，以及2018年世锦赛女子3000米接力半决赛中国队因为没有完成交接被判罚。

       其中，争议比较大的是前者。在平昌冬奥会女子3000米接力决赛中，韩国队的两名队员是否通过身体接触完成交接，仍然存疑。

       在随后的世锦赛女子30000米接力半决赛中，中国队的曲春雨摔出赛道，其队友随即伸手与她交接，但最终给裁判认定此棒中国队没有完成交接，予以判罚，取消了中国队的参赛资格。

     - RELAYING DURING THE LAST TWO (2) LAPS: The last relay has not been clearly started before the commencement（n. 开始，开端；毕业典礼） of the final two (2) laps.

     -在最后两圈的滑行过程中交接：最后一个交接棒显然不能发生在最后两圈开始之前。

接力赛犯规的判罚和国际滑冰联盟的道德规范

5. a) The term “disqualification” as used in Rule 123 paragraph 4 c). shall be understood to describe the various sanctions mentioned in this Rule including without limitation the following type of sanctions:

5. a）用于规则第123条第4段c中的术语“取消资格”，默认用于描述多种判罚，包括但不限于这条规则中提到的以下判罚类型：

         i) PENALTY: In the case of an infringement of the Racing Rules a penalty（n. 对犯规者的处罚；不利，害处；点球，罚球得分） will be given by the Referee.

         i）犯规：如果在接力赛中有犯规，处罚将由裁判给出。

            With the exception（n. 例外） of Final A, where Rule 295, paragraph 5 b) applies, the Skater/Relay Team will be disqualified in the relevant race in which the infringement occurred, and will be excluded from participating in the next round of the distance concerned.

          在规则第295条第5段b中有所涉及，在相关比赛中出现犯规，滑行者或接力队伍将会被取消资格，并且将不能参加相关距离项目的下一轮选拔。 A组决赛例外。

【有话说】因为A组决赛已经是最高名次的争夺。

           The Skater/Relay Team will forfeit the points/result accrued in that race alone, for Final A of ISU Championships, please refer to Rule 295, paragraph 5 b). Points/results accrued（v. 积累；增长） prior（adj. 在前面的，优先的） to that race will not be affected.

           滑行者或接力队伍将会丧失该场比赛的积分和成绩记录；关于国际滑冰联盟锦标赛的A组决赛，请参考规则第295条第5段b条。（滑行者或接力队伍在）该场比赛前面的积分或比赛结果将不受影响。 

【有话说】例如，A在男子1000米半决赛中被判犯规，那么A将失去这场比赛的积分和成绩记录，并且不能参加下一轮的决赛（假如最终成绩可进决赛），但前面的四分之一决赛的成绩记录和积分仍然有效。

           If in a race more than one infringements of the Racing Rule “Impeding” and/or “Kicking Out” are made by one and the same Skater/Relay Team, that are independent of each other, and each resulting in a penalty, the Referee will give the Skater/Relay Team concerned a Yellow Card.

           如果一场比赛中，一名滑行者或同一支接力队伍，有超过一次对于比赛规则中“阻挡”或“脚踢”的犯规，造成对彼此的干扰，那么每个人都将被记录一次“犯规”，并且裁判将对相关的接力队伍出示黄牌。 

【有话说】假如A、B、C、D组成的接力队伍，在比赛中，这只队伍里的任意一人的行为，有两次或两次以上被裁判认为是“阻挡”、“脚踢”性质的犯规，那么A、B、C、D每人将分别被记为一次犯规，并且被出示一张黄牌。
