原标题：Case report之撰写要求及标题写作

导语：撰写病例报告，首先应查阅相关的文献资料，判断所报告病例的医学价值，是不是首发或罕见病例等。病例报告的重点在于对病例本身的描述，应重点突出，简单明了，一般千字左右即可，但少者也可二三百字，多者可达数千字，不同的杂志字数要求也不同。

疾病或症状之间意想不到的联系。

An unexpected event in the course of observing or treating a patient. 在观察和质粒病人的过程中出现的意想不到的事件。

Findings that shed new light on the possible pathogenesis of a disease or an adverse effect. 对某一疾病或副作用的可能机制做出新的阐述。

相比其他类型的文章，Case report撰写较为容易，整体结构较简单，一般杂志分为题目、摘要、前言、病例介绍、讨论、参考文献部分，但有些杂志的格式较为特殊，比如柳叶刀杂志，其不包含摘要和前言，而是病例介绍和讨论掺杂在一起描述；还有一些杂志是按照一般文章的格式即摘要、前言、方法、结果、讨论来撰写的。

对Case report的标题来说，其目的与其他类型的研究一样，此外还包括以下特点：（1）直接写出病名（罕见病例）；（2）写明诊断或治疗方法；（3）指出病例数；（4）整体需紧扣文章内容。

举例：

例1：Abscopal effect of radiation on lung metastases of hepatocellular carcinoma: a case report.

解析：简明指出文章的研究内容就是放射 对治疗肝细胞癌并发 肺转移的远位效应，文章的创新点就是放射治疗 的远位效应。

例2：Antiangiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibition related gastrointestinal perforations: a case report and literature review.

解析：表明两个要点，一个是疾病名称胃肠道穿孔，一个是治疗药物是抗血管生成的酪氨酸激酶，属于比较新颖的治疗胃肠道穿孔的方法；另外，若除了简单的病例描述，还增加了对此疾病现有研究或机制的总结，题目中也要说明它还是一个文献综述。

例3：Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata coexisting with endometriosis within the same lesions: a case report with review of the literature.

解析：如果文章介绍的就是一个单纯的罕见病例，可像这个题目一样，直接以疾病为题目，即腹膜散播性平滑肌瘤病和子宫内膜异位共存于相同病灶内

例4：Cushing’s syndrome secondary to bronchopulmonary carcinoid tumor (直接说罕见疾病名称): Report of two cases (病例数) and literature review.

解析：在第一节的简介中已经说过，病例报告不只针对一个病例，若有多个病例，直接想这个题目一样写明病例数即可，此题目也是直接以疾病为名，即继发于支气管肺类癌肿瘤的库兴氏综合征
