摘  要

    外啮合齿轮泵主要由主动齿轮、从动齿轮、泵体、泵盖和安全阀等组成。泵体、泵盖和齿轮构成的密封空间就是齿轮泵的工作室。两个齿轮的轮轴分别装在两泵盖上的轴承孔内,主动齿轮轴伸出泵体,由电动机带动旋转。外啮合齿轮泵结构简单、重量轻、造价低、工作可靠、应用范围广。

    近期对机械行业中外啮合齿轮泵的使用情况进行了调查,发现在机械行业中外啮合齿轮泵的使用非常广泛。自然而然它们的安装和制造的要求也有一定的要求。传统的钻泥浆泵的传动效率不高,维修困难。所以设计一个专用的外啮合齿轮泵势在必行。本次的毕业设计课题的是外啮合齿轮泵的设计。本文介绍了外啮合齿轮泵的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,该外啮合齿轮泵的优点是高效,经济,并且安全系数高,运行平稳。本次设计在某种程度上大大提升了该设备在国内外的竞争力,体现了机械工业重要性这一核心价值。

Abstract

    External gear pump mainly consists of driving gear, driven gear, pump body, pump cover and safety valve and so on. The pump body, pump cover and the gear form the seal space is the gear pump's studio. The two gear wheels are respectively arranged in the bearing hole of the two pump cover, and the driving gear shaft extends out of the pump body and is driven by the motor to rotate. The external gear pump has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, low cost, reliable operation and wide application range.

    Recently, the use of Chinese and foreign gear pumps in the machinery industry has been investigated, found in the mechanical industry, the use of Chinese and foreign meshing gear pump is very wide. Naturally their installation and manufacturing requirements also have a certain requirement. Traditional drilling mud pump transmission efficiency is not high, maintenance difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to design a special external gear pump. The graduation design topic is the design of external gear pump. Outer engaged gear pump structure, working principle and main parts design must have the theoretic calculation and strength check are introduced in this paper, the advantages of the outer engaged gear pump is efficient, economic, and high safety factor, smooth operation. This design to a certain extent greatly enhance the competitiveness of the equipment at home and abroad, reflecting the importance of the core value of the mechanical industry.
