Fabrication Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

1) To control the work distribution, planning, and coordination according to the time schedule.  

2) To coordinate between fabrication and other departments.

3)To coordinate the activities related with the fabrication, maintenance and safety, to give the training and/or to arrange the training related with the subjects to the related personnel by coordinating with HR Department.

4)To determine the authority and the responsibility of the personnel who is newly coming and going to take a duty for operations, work stations and production lines.

5)To plan the needed equipment, machines, tools and manpower according to the actual work load, and inform to project coordinators and Assistant General Manager about workload and capacity rates weekly.  

6)To manage the fabrication activities according to the quality planning, procedures, instructions, drawings and specifications from the beginning to the delivery of the product and issue activity analyses reports periodically.                                                                    

7)To issue statistical data for the  monthly reports related with the production progress. 

Job Requirement:

Strong welding, material engineering or mechanical fabrication background with related degree ( engineer ) At least 5 years management experience in welding manufacturing processes with similar position requirements Ability to lead a Chinese team and provide the efficient work in discipline Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to write English reports for internal use To have sufficient experiences on the steel fabrication ( Preferable piping or pressure vessel) Analysis and solution finding for quality problemsPreparation of work instructions, work flow, station arrangement, factory layout, power distributionTo be familiar to manufacturing equipment ( Fit-up, welding, machining, STP)

生产制造部经理

岗位描述:

1) 根据生产时间进度安排,掌控生产计划、分派以及协调工作。 

2) 协调生产和其他部门之间的关系。

3)协调相关的生产、设备维修以及工厂生产安全状况;与人力资源部协调组织相关人员的培训或安排相关的培训。

4) 安排新员工的权责,以及在生产操作、工作岗位及生产线中承担的责任。

5) 根据实际的工作量,计划需要的设备,机器,工具及人力。向项目经理及副总经理汇报沟通每周的工作量和生产率。 

6) 从产品生产到产品的运送,根据质量计划、步骤、指示,图示及说明管理生产活动,定期发布活动分析报告。                                                                  

7) 在相关的生产进展月报告中发布统计数据。

任职资格:

具有相关的焊接、材料或机械类专业背景,工程师资质

具有至少5年的焊接机械企业类似岗位的团队管理经验

有能力领导一个生产团队,开展有高效的生产工作

具有流利的英文书面及口头表达能力;能够书写内部使用的英文报告。

有丰富的重工业生产经验(有管道或压力容器生产制造、管理经验者优先)

具有分析质量问题及解决问题的能力。

能够有效地进行工作指导、工作流程、工厂管理以及工厂布局、人员安排。

熟悉机械设备的使用以及管道装配,焊接,加工,表面处理等制造流程。
