5月份的时候投了一篇爱思唯尔的期刊，9月份的时候中刊，过程还算顺利，所以现在记录下日期变化和中间遇到的问题：

准备材料包含：highlight、cover letter、手稿文件

5月22日提交

初审审了近一个星期，我们小组的也有初审近两个星期的，这个过程编辑会检查你文章的格式、文献引用情况、以及研究内容。

1、手稿文件需要带连续行号的、双倍行距的格式

2、手稿文献不能盲目大量引用，以日期的引用格式出现。

3、编辑会先检查一遍手稿，看看你文章的创新性，创新性不够就拒稿了。

大概一个星期进入了外审，这里记录为：

5月31日：外审-----under review

这个日期是在变化的，有很多原因，编辑查看日期也会改变，审稿专家进行审稿或者拒审都会变化，中间变了很多次，到8月的时候，有三个月了，于是进行了催稿。

8月28日发送催稿邮件：

Dear editor, I am concerning the progress of our paper. It was initially submitted on November: 首次提交 日期, and was assigned the manuscript number: 稿件号. Now I am worrying about whether it still works normally because the submission has been kept "Under Review" for about three months, as shown by the editorial manager. Would you mind checking on the progress of it for me？ Your reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks very much for your attention to our paper. Yours sincerely,

添加通讯作者的名字

 同一天，编辑发来邮件，告知我已有一个审稿专家返回意见，但是还不够，需要再等等，他帮我们催一下专家。

9月4日修改意见返修：小修

注意事项：手稿中出现表格、图片都需要进行一定的描述，highlight中每个点不能超过85个字符

9月7日返回稿件

9月13日接受

9月14日发送了追踪文章的网站，网站中说明9月17会发送proof，但是实际上没有发，我以为是推迟了，所以等了几天，但是还是没发。直到最后去催了爱思唯尔的数据管理员，催proof如下：

Thank you work hard to publish our articles online in the 期刊名字. We submitted the Offprint order form, Colour order form, and Rights & Access form (we checked and resubmitted it on September 21st) on September 14th, then we are waiting for the email of the proof. The tracking article website showed Proofs available for checking on 17 September. However, we haven't received any email about proof until today. Would you mind checking on the progress of it for me? Your reply would be highly appreciated.
