Hotel location - just 10 mins walk from the metro station/Mall/ The Hogwarts shop next to the mall. Kombini's and restaurants are all around the area. Room Size - the room was smaller than the ones we had in Narita (same hotel) however, we were comfortable.. We also had a memory and down pillow during our stay. 💯 Staff - staff at the reception was so polite and friendly. Though there was a language barrier, still, they tried to communicate with us and accommodated our requests. Stay dates - Jan 2023
