Two-bedroom floor plans are designed for two or for four residents. Ranging from 630 to 700 square feet, standard and corner quad floor plans each have a common living area with an adjacent kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Two large bedrooms, each designed for two people, are situated on either side of the shared space.

The two-bedroom floor plans, designed for two roommates, also vary in size, either 630 or 700 square feet, and are essentially the same configuration as the four-person floor plans. However, private bedrooms provide more space and a more individualized experience. Kitchen and bathroom configurations are slightly different.
