录像机其实和摄像机基本一样，旧URL中摄像头的ch[number]中number为1，录像中这个为录像机中每个摄像头通道编号，如1、2、等，小于64路的录像机或混合录像机的IP通道从33开始；大于等于64路的录像机的IP通道从1开始

新URL，通道号全部按顺序从1开始。 新URL：rtsp://[username]:[password]@[IP]:554/Streaming/Channels/[channelID][streamID] 如：rtsp://admin:[email protected]:554/Streaming/Channels/101

rtsp://[username]:[password]@[IP]:554/Streaming/tracks/[channelID][streamID]?starttime=YYYYMMDD”T”HHmmSS”Z” &endtime=YYYYMMDD”T”HHmmSS”Z” 表示以单播形式回放通道1 中的录像文件，时间范围是starttime 到endtime，其中starttime 和endtime 的格式要符合ISO 8601 。具体格式是YYYYMMDD”T”HHmmSS”Z” ，Y 是年，M 是月，D 是日，T 是时间分格符，H 是小时，M 是分，S 是秒，Z 是可选的、表示Zulu (GMT) 时间。

注意：摄像头系统配置了时间和时区，获取回放视频流的时候，需要根据时区，才能获取到正确时间的流 个人猜测：海康在存储视频的时候是根据配置的时间和时区，根据UTC时间来存储的，请求的时候，需要根据本地的时区来自行获取
