上海市外商投资协会（Shanghai Foreign Investment Association）成立于1988年3月，是由在沪外商投资企业、从事外商投资服务工作的机构、团体和专业人士等联合组成的非营利性社会组织，主管单位为上海市商务委员会，在上海市民政局登记注册。  上海市外商投资协会遵循国家对外开放、鼓励外商投资的法律和政策，努力为会员提供一流的专业服务。协会致力于增进企业与政府及企业与企业、企业与公众间的交流与合作，传递会员企业的政策主张，维护会员合法权益，推动外商投资企业履行社会责任，促进外商投资企业在沪可持续发展。

Established in March, 1988, Shanghai Foreign Investment Association (SHFIA) is a non-profit organization composed of foreign-invested enterprises as well as institutions, organizations and professionals engaged in foreign investment services in Shanghai.
