During the two years of testing in XX Bank, The project I was responsible for was “xxxAPP”, the official APP client launched by xx Bank credit card. The modules I was responsible for included mall module, check-in module and coupon module. The project mainly included functional tests and interface tests, which used fortpostman and Postman for interface tests, Charles weak network tests, and JMeter and ABD commands for performance tests. I also have some knowledge of automated testing. I am familiar with Selenium, an automated test tool. I am good at developing automated test scripts based on Python language in Web system.

What do you think is the biggest challenge in your job? 你认为你工作中最大的挑战是什么？

I think the biggest difficulty in testing is the change in testing process. Nowadays, agile testing is promoted, but in many cases, there are many obstacles to the implementation of Agile testing, such as the omission of function points in requirements by product personnel, and the inability to cover function points in requirements documents. For example, the development of the function point understanding is inconsistent, resulting in the rework phenomenon. Then there are the barriers to communication.

我认为测试工作最大的困难是测试流程上的改变。现在都推行敏捷测试，但是很多时候，敏捷测试的推行都会有比较多的阻碍，比如产品人员对需求中功能点的遗漏，需求文档中不能做到对功能点的覆盖。比如开发对功能点理解不一致，导致返工现象的出现。还有就是人员交流上的阻碍。

What can you bring to the company? 你能为公司带来什么？

To be honest, I dare not promise to bring much benefit to the company, but I can promise to conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by the superior. When appropriate, I will also put forward some Suggestions that are beneficial to the company and contribute to the development of the company

我个人喜欢往技术层面方向发展，所以我1到3年内的规划是在自动化方向进行发展，最终往测试开发方向发展
