"Just meh. I was apprehensive about using a lumber yard for my small project, but wanted to 1) support a local business & 2) not give Lowes or HD any of my money. There are 2 things I'll give 5 stars to: - Quality product - Fred. Fred was awesome. Wish he was the only person I dealt with. Things I give 2 stars to: - Everyone else - Responsiveness The guy that brought our order out had serious attitude before we ever spoke a word to him. I'm certainly not looking for a hug from a dude working in a lumber yard, but common courtesy would have been appreciated. Fred should hold a lunch and learn with the rest of the staff on how to talk to customers."
