要】 通过水热法制备规则外形的 MIL - 53 ( Fe )金属有机骨架材料( MOF ), 并通过傅里叶红外光谱( FT - IR )、 X 射线衍射( XRD )、扫描电镜( SEM )和 透射电镜( TEM )对材料进行表征。以刚果红作为目标物,研究所制得的 MOF 材 料对其的吸附行为。结果表明, MIL - 53 ( Fe )对刚果红的吸附动力学符合准二 级动力学,吸附模型符合 Langmuir 吸附模型。 MIL - 53 ( Fe )材料对刚果红的 最大吸附量为 1482 mg/g ,是可望用于去除染料废水刚果红的高效吸附材 料。 %The regular-shaped(triangular pyramid) metal organic framework(MOF) material MIL-53(Fe) has been prepared by a hydro- thermal method,and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Using congo red as model pollutant,the adsorption effect of the prepared MIL-53(Fe) MOF material on congo red is investigated. The results show that the adsorption kinetics of MIL-53(Fe) for congo red complies with pseudo-second-order kine-tics and the adsorption model complies with Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum adsorption capacity of MIL-53 (Fe) material for congo red is 1 482 mg/g. It is expected that MIL-53 (Fe) MOF can be used as highly efficient adsorption material for removing congo red from dyestuff wastewater.
