第一讲：记叙文作文教学技巧

大家好。

今天由我与各位交流作文教学的一些做法，主要是在操作层面上的交流。因为，作为教师，我应该清醒地认识到：课程是一定的、教材是一定的、学生是一定的，留给教师工作的空间，就是研究如何通过实施课程与教材，提高学生的学科学习能力，进而实现教书育人。因此说，研究教学方法，即：通过什么形式，用什么手段去教会学生学习则是我们的任务。

一、微写作创作与作文教学技巧课程简介 《微写作创作与作文教学技巧》是我总结出的《作文教学十八招儿》的一部分，主要是解决学生没有内容可写的问题。

本课程的服务对象是青年教师，针对当前在教学指导方面方向性内容多，而教学方法少，很多经验需要经过二次创造，才能借鉴的现状，重点把我在教学中使用的一些自认为行之有效的做法拿到这里，供青年教师研究和参考。

纵观本课程大致有三个特点。

第一个特点：也是最重要的一点，就是注重对学生进行思维训练。具体做法：就是把思维训练与表达训练分开进行，以思维训练为切入点。因为，说出的语言和撰写的文章，都是人们思考成果的外显。如果一味地盯住让学生多写，就舍本求末了。

第二个特点：注重对学生进行写作程序的训练。把难以控制的写作过程控制住；而且，教给学生写作文的抓手，使他们看得见、抓得住、做得到。

第三个特点：坚持“三在”原则。在新《课标》“能主动进行探索性学习，在实践中学习、运用语文”，以及“应注重应用”的总要求下，坚持“在生活中学习，在模仿中

学会，在比较中生成”。重点是培养学生离开教师组织后的再学习能力，也就是独立学习能力。

所谓“在生活中学习”就是写真人真事。文章是社会生活的反映。首先帮助学生认识到：写作是表达思想和感情的一种交流形式。要从写生活中确实发生的事情练习写作，最好是亲自经历或亲眼看到的事情；避免没有生活原型的杜撰，在这方面教师须给学生以积极的引导。

所谓“在模仿中学会”，就是有目的、有重点、有步骤、有系统地组织学生向别人学习。虽然说“百闻不如一见、百看不如一练”。但是，练什么至关重要。这里还有一个标准问题和科学问题。有人曾以一个例子说服了我，现在与青年教师分享：过去人们几十年如一日地做贴饼子熬白菜，到头来人到80岁还只会贴饼子熬白菜。今天年轻人上3年职业学校，就成为中西餐专业人才；再经过努力，成为中级厨师、高级厨师，甚至特级厨师。因此，不能盲目相信多读多写。

所谓“在比较中生成”，就是要多组织交流、多组织分析、多组织展示。俗话说：“有比较才有鉴别”。比较是最基础的思维形式，也是促进学生思维的有效方法之一。

最后，我要说明一点：“教无定法” 必须建立在有多

种方法可选的前提之下才可以这样说；否则，就成了“教而无法”。没有方法也就失去了“教”的内容和意义。

同时，我们也必须看到：任何一把钥匙都不可能打开所有的锁。我认为，须在一种原则、理念或理论指导下，去探索、去寻找、去创造，才能获得行之有效的教学方法，真正做到“一把钥匙开一把锁”。

再者，由于每个人的阅历不同、知识结构不同、对作文教学的认识也不相同等原因，我使用的方法对青年教师不一定适用。渴望各位对本课程评头品足，提出宝贵意见和建议。

二、本单元内容简介

本单元主要研究如何解决学生作文没有可写的问题。将我在作文教学中积累的一些具体做法呈献出来。这些做法的主要特征是将概念形象化，给作文学生以一定的抓手。同时，为青年教师提供某些参考，旨在抛砖引玉；促进互相借鉴，共同提高。

现实中，我们常常发现一些学生反映笔下没有内容可写，即使好不容易找到一件事，也是三言两语把事情叙述完，以至于写出的作文内容空泛；更有甚者把一件事情写

来写去，从小学就写这一件事，到中学还用这件事应付老师。

我从实践中感觉到，学生之所以感到没有的可写，主要有三个方面的原因：

首先是畏惧心理在作怪，把作文看得非常神秘、高不可攀；还没动笔就已经败下阵。他们没有弄清楚，作文是人们日常交际与表达的一种方式；此外，还有口头、手语、旗语等交际与表达方式，所以往往编作文。由于在一种非正常状态下写作文，退一万步讲，即使写出文章也往往脱离实际，当然也失去交流和表达的实际意义了。

二是搜集素材缺少标准，造成骑马找马。百度百科解释：生活是指人类生存过程中各项活动的总和。实践也证明：生活是取之不尽用之不竭的创作源泉。学生面对极为丰富的生活素材，不是按照一定的标准选取，而是以“范文”所写的材料为模板按图索骥，结果很难找到完全相同的材料。

三是误把记叙文“六要素”中的“经过”看成一个点，没有抓住一个过程把情节展开写。尤其是在记叙过程中，没有通过描写把事情的主要情景和人物行为活动表现出来。

因此，本单元分“向自我介绍学习打消学生的畏惧心理”，“向绘画学习搜集素材”，“向母鸡下蛋学习打腹稿”“向竹子学习写情节，即记述一个过程”、“向竹杈学习插叙”以及“向蝎子钩学习点明中心”6个做法与青年教师交流；其目的是研究一下如何把学生教会的问题，从而提高学生的写作能力，实现学生有的可写这一基本目标。

现实中，不少学生总说没有事情可写，尤其有的学生总仿照优秀作文选中写得事情编故事；尽管个别教师一而再，再而三地去举例引导、启发学生选择生活中的典型事件，但使学生听起来容易，做起来真难。有教师用《背影》中写父亲给作者买橘子、《羚羊木雕》中写母亲不允许作者把木雕送给万方，去启发学生写生活中的小事；可学生说我从来没有遇见这样的事情啊！

那么，学生到底有没有可写的事情呢？如果说生活丰富多彩，是创作的源泉；那么学生为什么难以找到可写的事情呢？如果说学生整天处在真空里，没有生活恐怕谁也不信。这就怪了：既然生活丰富多彩，学生又生活在其中，那么为什么就捕捉不到可写的素材呢？我认为：关键是没有一个明确的标准。

如今，随着手机的普及，拍照已成为人们顺手拈来的事情，很多人的手机里存有自己拍摄的照片。看看这些照片，拍山多是峻峭、起伏的，拍海多是波澜翻滚的，拍花多是鲜艳夺目、与众不同的。从这些选景中我们不难发现，人们在关注的是一种变化、一种反差、一种与众不同。其实，学生作文也是一样，很多记叙性文章写的就是一个变化过程。

这样的例子在语文教材和其它作品中很多。鲁迅先生笔下的孔乙己，断腿前与断腿后发生巨大变化；少年闰土和中年闰土也发生了变化；今人如此，古人亦如此，吴敬

梓笔下的范进，中举前后连同岳父胡屠户对他的态度都发生变化；中国作家如此，外国作家更是写变化，契诃夫小说《变色龙》更是奥楚蔑洛夫围绕是否将军家的狗变来变去。类似写变化的作品数不胜数。

此外，还包括对比：有地点的对比，如《从百草园到三味书屋》；有人物的对比，如《藤野先生》中鲁迅与清国留学生到日本求学时的不同表现；有态度的对比，如《我的叔叔于勒》家人由盼到躲。作者正是通过记叙这一变化过程和把不同事物进行对比，表达出自己的爱憎的态度与情感的。

生活中，人们都亲眼看到、亲耳听到、亲身经历很多类似变化的事情。社会有一个发展变化的过程；人与人之间有很多由误会到消除误会的变化过程，人们对客观事物有一个由不认识到认识的变化过程；学习有一个由不掌握到掌握的变化过程„„；而且，变化越大给人留下的印象越深。总之，“变”是常规的，只是变化的幅度、性质不一样，而不变是偶然的。我相信：只要以变化和对比做为标准搜集素材练习起，学生很快就会发现，生活永远是一座写不尽的宝库。

作为教师，我们应该教给学生规律、教给学生标准、教给学生共性的东西；学生只有掌握了这些规律、这些标准，这些尺度，才能去解决好个性问题。以上是我多教材与接触到的作品进行分析、统计得出来的认识，如有兴趣，

这里也建议年轻教师对记叙文是否多写一个变化过程亲自印证，到时候您一定得出难以忘记的结果的。

社会都认可的。我认为，这一共识不够全面：一味地强调“多”而缺乏科学、有效的训练，一旦形成定势就很难改变，更不用说提高写作水平了。

其实，作文教学首先是对学生进行的一种思维训练。学生不会写、写不好都是表面现象，而关键是学生肚子里没有与他人交流的故事、思想、情感和语言；当然，笔下无的可写了。因此，作文教学千万不要一味盯住作文本上那几段文字写得如何如何。作为教师，首先要帮助广大学生认识到：写作文是用书面语言与读者交流；当别人看后

写出读后感就形成了对流。因此，作文教学的重点不是在写，而是在于想好要说什么、写什么。动笔“写”，仅仅是把思考出来的结果落在纸上罢了。

生活中不知道老师们是否发现，从超市买来的鸡蛋，有的上面沾着血迹，这是因为鸡蛋太大，把鸡的生殖器撑破流出的鲜血便沾到了鸡蛋上面。这告诉人们一个简单的道理：只要鸡肚子里有蛋，即使把肛门撑裂，付出血的代价，也要把这蛋生出来！试想一下，如果这只鸡的肚子里根本没有蛋，即使主人把窝垫得再舒适，母鸡拿的姿势再标准、再优美，也生不出蛋来。因为，这鸡的肚子里根本没有蛋

作为一名教师，特别是年轻教师必须懂得，方向比努力更重要。一旦方向错了，越努力背离期待的目标就越远。至于多读多写，首先要弄明白读什么、任何写和写到什么程度为好。否则，就会南辕北辙、缘木求鱼。因此，作文教学应该将思维与表达分开训练，着重训练学生打腹稿的能力与习惯。

具体做法：第一，从写提纲练起，先不要写成文章。等养成习惯后再去把腹稿写成文章。这样即可以增加构思的频率，使学生得到更多的训练机会；又可以反复锤炼语

言一举两得。第二，先讲后写。在四人小组中口头作文。口头表达能力强了，必然带动书面语言的提升。不愧是一条作文训练的捷径。第三，选出写得好的提纲和说得好的学生到全班交流，互相借鉴；有比较才有鉴别，有鉴别才促进思维。第四，每次作文要求提纲与作文一起收。借鉴这些做法的核心，就是通过思维训练，最终帮助学生养成打腹稿的良好习惯。

技巧之五：向竹节学习记叙一个过程

芦苇 竹子 甘蔗 藕 在初中作文教学中，给人最直观的感觉就是学生三言两语就讲完一件事。经过调查和统计我发现：是学生将记

叙文六要素“起因—经过—结局”中的“经过”误解为一个点，所以没有把故事情节展开所致。

一天，我将竹子、苇子、草和藕这些有“节”的植物展示在课堂上，并问道：请同学们看看这4种植物有什么共同点？在我的启发下，学生纷纷试着小声说有节、都有节„„。为了强化“有节”我让学生列举出亲眼看到有节的东西。这一问，学生来了兴趣：甘蔗、钢鞭、梯子、楼层„„，有的学生还举起手来抓抓挠儿，示意手指也有节„„。

然后，我分别拿起一个个植物边演示边说：竹子的节叫竹节、苇子的节叫苇节、草的节叫草节、藕的节叫藕节，手指的节叫骨节......。同学们，你们发现了吗？我们在作文中记叙的事情、故事也有节，这就是人们通常所说的情节。同时，在黑板上写出：竹子—竹节， 苇子—苇节，„„,故事—情节。至此，学生对“情节”和“过程”是由一节一节、一段一段组成有了形象的理解。

接着我进一步举着“教具”让学生观察：“谁说说，这几个植物节与节之间各由什么做标志？”学生回答更积极了：草和苇子的节与节之间有叶子、竹子节与节之间有“鼓出的楞儿、藕节与节之间细„„。”“那么，你们谁知道故事情中节与节之间的标志是什么吗？”这问学生哑然了。

接着，我给学生讲自己发现情节之间标志的故事：我曾经因为学生不会写作文做过一个调查。将写作文较好的学生和写作较差的学生分为两组，分别复述自己的作文。

结果发现，一些作文好的学生在复述中多用“后来”、“后来呢”„„。下面，请同学们打开语文书第6页《走一步，再走一步》，在你认为是两个情节之间加上“后来”，大家一起印证一下我的这一发现对不对。

在课堂练习中，我又把“后来呢”写在黑板上，请同学们按照提示叙述一件事的过程。就在

二、三个学生叙述完，大家正在兴头上的时候，我突然说：“看来今天大家都讲，是没时间了；这么着吧，你们把要讲的事情的“过程”写在作文本上。回头下课我慢慢欣赏。”事实证明：用“后来呢”提示，那些作文较差的学生也有的可说了，至于叙述的好与坏，那是下次讲“描写”时解决的问题。

技巧之六；向绘画学习描写

通过语言描述与介绍，使所表现的人物和环境等具象 化。如果把记叙一个过程（情节）比作搭建一篇文章的骨架，描写则是往骨头上添肉。现实中，学生在描写方面反映出来的问题一般有二：一是对什么是描写不理解，而不会运用；二是描写缺少顺序。为解决这一问题可以分为四部分进行。

一、通过介绍摄影、绘画等表现方法，引出描写就是用文字照相或绘画。如有条件，最好选择反映同一个陌生景点的照片、国画、油画等不同形式表达方式。教师指着照片或画问学生。这里摄影师是用相机把景点介绍给没去过的人，是画家用画笔把景点介绍给没去过的人。现在我既没有照相机，又不会画画，那么怎样才能把景点介绍给没去过的人呢？我们可以用笔把看见的景物写下来，这就是描写，即：用文字照相。

二、进一步强化学生对“描写”的理解。

（一）组织学生分别从课本中找出2—3段“用文字照相”的段落。

（二）教师选择其中一段文字，讲清描写必须有顺序。

1、递进式顺序，即：从上到下、从左到右、从内到外„„；

2、放射式顺序。以一个点为中心，即：左面、右面、前面、后面„„。

（三）要求学生对照找出的“范本”，选择一定的顺序模式，

用口头语言将教具照片和画的内容介绍给他人。

二、课堂练习，

（一）组织学生仿照找出的“范本”，写出教具照片和画的介绍。

（二）既然文字可以像照相机一样照相，请同学仿照课文中的人物描写，互相给对方用文字照一张生活照。

在描写教学中须注意3点：一是训练必须从描写真人实景练习开始，做到对着实景写生、对着真人速写与素描，为培养学生表达真情实感做铺垫。二是须把描写的单项训练逐步过渡到与记叙一个过程结合起来；三是集中训练要抓住一点不计其余。切忌要求过多、过高；等到综合训练时，则强调抓着一点兼顾其余，注重文章的整体效应。

技巧之七：向竹杈学习写插叙

在记叙性文章中，插叙，包括追叙、补叙，对中心事件和主要情节的补充和说明作用十分重要，它使事件和情节更完整、使文章内容更加充实。

对于学生写作文来讲，我认为插叙应该属于如何把文章写好的范畴；但是，如果学生在描写和议论方面较弱，可以采用插叙的方法把文章写充实。就插叙而言，别说是初中生，就是高中生也不容易用好。作为语文教师，在辅导学生使用“插叙”时，也往往缺少抓手；尤其不容易进行统一训练。那么，如何引导学生使用插叙，并进行统一训练的呢？我这里分成两步进行。

首先，通过竹杈演示让学生明白什么是插叙，并体会插叙的作用；使他们认识到插叙的重要性，从而主动使用插叙。我借鉴以竹节类比引出情节的做法，拿出一枝主干与枝条区别分明的竹枝给学生看。指着斜向伸出的枝杈说，如果把这枝竹子比作一篇文章，那么中间这根主干就是順叙的情节，旁边这些像插在主干上的杈，我们叫它插叙。

这里必须明确一点：順叙和倒叙决定了文章的整体结构，而插叙植根于整篇文章的叙述过程中。可以插在順叙结构的文章中，如《羚羊木雕》从母亲问“那只羚羊哪去了”，一直写到要回羚羊，中间插入万方与我换裤子等事件。

也可以插在倒叙的文章中，但是插叙不能独立成篇。可插入一件事，像《紫藤萝瀑布》插入“忽然记起十多年前家门外也曾经有过一大株紫藤萝”；也可以像《杨修之死》中插杨修识破门里写活谜底、吃“一盒酥”、揭穿曹操梦中杀人谎言、告密被吴质算计、帮曹植闯出邺城门和给曹植答案等6件事。

作者之所以使用这些插叙？不在《羚羊木雕》中插入“万方与我换裤子”，读者就会对我为什么要把贵重的“羚羊”送给万方的缘由不理解。插入后，人们就知道了那是“投之以木桃，报之以琼瑶”。不在《杨修之死》中插入6个故事，人们就不清楚曹操杀杨修的真正原因。

其次，也就是第二步。我借鉴举例作文的“提示语”， 要求学生在记叙过程中加入类似“几年前”、“有一次”、“此时我想起”等词语。为便于学生记住，我让学生统一记住“几年前”，然后由个人发散想到其它提示语。实践中我发现，只要加入这些“提示语”学生自然就插入相关内容。至于插叙结束后，再回到主要情节中接着叙述，只是作为一般要求；真正的指导需要结合学生具体习作一对一进行。

这里我强调：作文教学要面对全体学生，检查教学效

果要看大多数学生的学习状况。需要把“抓手”交到每个学生的手里，这叫按葫芦抠籽，也就是抓落实。

四、教学过程设计案例

这一单元我为各位青年教师解决学生作文没有内容可写的问题提供7个技巧。下面以两个案例，谈谈如何把这些技巧运用到教学实践中的问题。

大家读过《论语》学而第一吧， “子曰：学而时习之，不亦说乎。”以往，人们注释翻译：“学习并经常温习，不是很快乐的事吗？”从上大学的时候起，我就想：“学”和“习”即使把它一个解释为学习，另一个解释为温习，不还是学吗？后来，我上网一查才发现，南怀瑾先生把前一个“学”解释为学习，后一个“习”解释为实践，很有道理。原来孔子在强调“学以致用”是学习的主旨，当然也是这句话的主旨了。如此，“学而时习之，不亦说乎”应该翻译成：“当学习的东西有机会付诸实践，这难道不是一件值得高兴的事情吗？”。从此，我有意识地运用到教学中，注重在学习过程中组织学习者进行操作训练，在实践中强化识记、加深理解，变成自己的东西。否则，就是“死记硬背”了。

回过头来，我们看一下学习的内容问题。学科教学到底应该教什么仍然争论不休：有人说是思维训练。接着我

们又提出疑问：思维训练如何落实和抓手是什么的问题。我认为：思维训练，一是训练学生如何掌握思维与操作程序，二是训练学生使用学科材料、学科规则以及学科标准

生活中我们发现：人们感兴趣的东西一般有两类：第一类是从来没有见过的东西。这种兴趣来源于人们的好奇心。但它持续时间短是暂时的，它与了解和熟悉程度成反比；往往随着了解程度的不断深入逐步消失。第二类是表现自己长处的东西。“万类霜天竟自由”下，表现自我是天性，控制自我是修养。这里有一个例子启发了我：人们习武时练踢腿，往往是右腿比左腿踢得熟练、踢得标准，主要原因是多数人习惯使用右手、右腿，相对右手、右腿，左手、左腿使用得少。在练习踢腿的开始阶段，当然右腿要好于左腿；结果，越是右腿踢得好，就越是以右腿来显示自己的成绩；相反，左腿越是踢不好，就越是怯于练习，结果与右腿拉开距离。这就是“马太效应”的结果。有经验的武师则利用“表现自我是天性”的特点，一遍又一遍地组织检查、展示、比赛等一系列活动，以鼓励踢左腿，打消学员的恐惧感，促进左右腿协调发展。而不是一味地要求学员自己去如何如何做。

由习武出现的这一现象推之到学生学习写作文上，学生同样有一个受畏惧心理干扰的问题，以及如何利用好“马太效应”提高学生写作水平的问题。

那么，用什么方法来打消学生的这种畏惧心理呢？在我师傅的启发下我发现：学生很愿意让初次见面的新教师记住自己的心理；利用首因效应打消学生的畏惧心理，进行了如下尝试，并收到较好的效果。

共分为6步进行：

第一步：假设与不喜欢作文的学生有共同态度，拉近师生之间的距离。初次见面的第一堂课上，我问学生“咱们班谁不要喜欢写作文，请把手举起来。”说完，我先举起手来。学生见语文老师竟然不喜欢写作文，感到出乎意外；立刻吸引住学生的注意力。

第二步：以提问的形式提示1-2个学生比较全面地介绍自己，促进全班学生思考。我装出了解情况的样子问学生，并要求一一回答：你叫什么名字？家里住在哪儿？家人有什么人，他们都是做什么工作的？你最喜欢或不喜欢谁？你有哪些爱好和特长？你的理想是什么？

第三步：请起1-2个学生鼓励尝试着离开老师提问，比较全面地介绍自己。这时，一定要找表达能力强的学生示范。

接着，教师通过讲评帮助学生理清思路，强化4个部分，以给学生评判介绍的标准，即：

1、介绍自己姓字名谁，

2、介绍家庭情况，

3、介绍兴趣爱好，

4、介绍理想和追求。

第四步：教师以自我介绍为引领，要求学生每人写出自我介绍。教师引导：“同学们，我非常想了解你们每个人的情况，可惜的是，一个同学一个同学地介绍时间不够。这样吧，我先做自我介绍，然后你们把自己要介绍的内容写在我发的这张作文纸上，一会收上来我拿回去仔细看；明天大家检查我记住几个人。”

这里要强调：一是要事先做好相应准备，尤其要准备好稿纸。与让学生写在作文本上相比，以示教师的诚意，确实想了解每一个学生的情况。这里体现出实践性教学原则，也就是我们提倡的“在生活中学习”。同时要求空出第一行，给下一步不上题目做好准备；二是要学生“明天检查老师”是激励学生认真写。同时，教师的自我介绍也是在展示自我——亲其师，才能够信其道。

第五步：明确写文章就是用书面语言交流。当堂抽看几份便煞有介事地惊诧道：“咱班的作文水平真高啊！我看了几个学生的自我介绍写得都很好。”然后强调： 22

刚才，几位同学用口头语言向我介绍自己，这就是人们平时用的交谈或叫交流；刚才大家用说面语言向我介绍自己，就是在写作、在作文，也叫写作文。所谓作文或叫做写作文，就是在特殊环境和需要下，或为满足特殊需要，而用书面语言交流。也就是用笔说话，或用笔交流。

同时，扩展道：以后你们有事找不到我，就在我办公桌上写个留言条，你们有事或生病要写履行手续写个请假条，你们看到的书面通知、公示、喜报这些应用文体都是一篇篇作文；你们在网上发的帖子，以及成段的跟帖，以及彼此给对方发的成段的短信都是在写作文。

第六步：从格式上进一步强化作文就是用书面语言交流。请在你写好的自我介绍第一行中间位臵写上“我叫xxx”或“xxx自我介绍”或“xxx简介”都行；然后由后往前传。告诉学生，这是你本学期写的第一篇作文。

这里我提出三点建议：

第一，精心设计，教师要表现出真实、诚恳的态度。使学生渐入佳境；在不知不觉的无意注意下，实施学科教育。关键是要学生体会到是在上课、是在“学习”。这种体验比起教师说多少遍都记忆深刻。

第二，为收到更好示范效果。可以事先找到1-2个学生准备好脱离教师提问的自我介绍；同时，一定给学生评判作文的标准，以突出在模仿中学会。否则，学生模仿就

没有抓手。

第三，通过比较进一步强调作文是用书面语言交流。学生使用同一表达方式之间的对比，口头语言与书面语言之间的对比，教师与学生之间的对比，请假条、通知、公示、喜报和发帖、跟帖，飞信等之间的类比，提出写作文就是用书面语言交流。

案例二：教案设计

技巧之二：向蝎子钩学习结尾点明中心

一篇文章的中心也叫主题或叫中心思想，它是一篇文 24

章的生命所在。这就是作者在文章中所持的观点和所要表达的情感等；也可以理解为作者要表示出爱什么、恨什么；主张什么和反对什。如果一篇文章没有主题，或主题不明确，让读者读后不知所云，当然也就失去了它存在的意义。 在作文教学中，我发现让学生把生活中的一件事从头到尾地记述下来，一般没有什么问题；如果要学生把中心写明确，除去引导作者有一个积极向上的生活态度外，还需要一个简单、易学的抓手，让学生看得见，能够在模仿中慢慢体会、感悟。

根据教材中部分记叙文的结尾起到点明中心的作用，我就从结尾点题开始训练，先让学生弄明白什么是中心思想。我找来一只蝎子标本组织学生观察。为什么非要用实物而不用图片呢？因为，实物更直观、对学生更有吸引力；更能引起学生的兴趣。通过细致观察发现，蝎子有一个长长的尾巴，尾巴上面有一个钩子，那是它防卫的武器；同时，在尾部与钩子之间有一个毒囊，蝎毒是珍贵的药物，国际市场价格昂贵；欧美已经将其用于临床。

接着，教师明确：其实，文章也有一个“蝎子钩”，这就是结尾点题。作者往往通过结尾点题表明中心。《背影》结尾“唉，我不知何时才能与他相见！”表达对父亲的思念；《丑小鸭》结尾“当我还是一只丑小鸭的时候，我做梦也没有想到会有这么幸福！”表达丑小鸭实现理想后的喜悦。即使毛泽东主席著名的词《沁园春〃雪》的结尾，也用“俱 25

往矣，数风流人物还看今朝”表明诗人的信心与伟大抱负。

为进一步加深印象，须组织学生每人找2篇以上结尾点题的文章交流，然后先由教师做出示范。在此基础上，组织给找出的文章改结尾，并进行交流。要学生体会结尾点题的作用。接着，组织学生给自己的作文改结尾，从中体会什么是主题。为进一步促进学生思考，还可以让学生作文时写出两个或两个以上结尾，选取其中的一个，并说明理由。从此，要求学生写文章必须有蝎子钩。

这里我要明确一点：教师要相信学生的主观能动性，以及自我发展能力。教师教给学生的是基础知识和基本方法，只是为学生今后的发展打下基础罢了。因为，一篇文章主题的确立，受到作者的阅历、生活态度、看问题的角度，以及当时的心态等一系列因素的影响。这就如同烹饪专业教做菜，只要教会刀工和炒菜的程序，教师就完成基本任务；至于能不能成为特级厨师，那是个人努力以及多方面因素促成的结果。一句话，也就是说作文训练需要是要分层次、循序渐进，不要一下子提得标准过高，让学生失去信心。

本节课是我与师傅总结的《初中作文教学技巧》之二：“以蝎子钩作比喻，点明文章中心”的作文课，也可以叫作文训练课。

针对免试就近入学生源学生起点低、学习能力参差不齐的实际，我确定“低起点、小步距、快节奏”的教学策

略，在继承我师傅教学上“模仿、比较、生成”特点的基础上，注重分层次教学，力争尽可能地照顾到每一个学生，以促进整体优化。

首先，坚持新《课标》实践性教学原则。即：1，在生活中学习；2，在模仿中学会；

3、在比较中生成（以下简称“三在”原则）。具体做法就是把教学中的概念、内容等尽可能与生活结合，缩短学生与知识间的距离。用“蝎子钩”比喻，使学生记牢结尾点题这一写作特点；同时，把讲读课与作文教学紧密结合，组织学生“仿写”，提高学生对知识的信任度。再者，用名家名篇的结尾与学生写的“蝎子钩”比较、学生之间交流中的比较，促进学生生成自己的认识、进而提高把中心写明确的能力。因为，比较是促进学生思考的抓手、更是学生思考的基本方式。

第二，把思维与表达分开，重在培养学生打腹稿的习惯。一味地强调多读多写是一种误解。实践证明：习惯是素质，良好的学习习惯就是能力。须通过组织学生讨论审题、说思路、口头作文等形式，培养学生作文的综合能力。

第三，把学科教学目标与学时教学目标分开落实。我在“三在” 原则下，促进学生“生成”的训练过程是语文学科的教学目标，凡是作文课都应该重复以形成定势；而组织学生认识“蝎子钩”和包括口头和书面的仿“写”则是这节课的学时教学目标。我相信“蝎子钩”与文章中心的关系会沉淀在学生的记忆里，几年、十几年，乃至几十年后会生成新的认识和能力。

第四，教学一定要有明确的标准。教师为主导，一个

明显的标志就是对学生思维和学习方式的引领。因此，教学必须有抓手、有标准、可检测。我认为：把中心写明确应该从仿写“蝎子钩”开始练习，以逐步提高学生对文章中心作用的认识。应该说，学生是否记住“蝎子钩”，及其在文章中的位臵就是衡量这节课质量的标准；至于能否用好、写好，有待于在今后“复习课”中反复训练逐步提升。

下面我为青年教师提供一个教案的案例：

记得已故毛泽东主席曾经强调：优势而无准备，不是真正的优势，也没有主动。懂得这一点，劣势而有准备之军，常可对敌举行不意的攻势，把优势者打败。虽然主席在论打仗，但对人们做事很有指导作用。我曾经走过这样一段弯路。就是把很多要说的内容都写在教案上，结果一到课上很难找到。后来，我请教师傅，得到了真招儿。

师傅告诉我：教案是上课的蓝图；当然了，对于经验丰富的老教师，教案也可以是一个备忘录。这就有一个“简案”和“详案”的问题。其衡量它的标准决不在于字数多少。应该看它的关键性环节有无设计科学、切实可行的操作过程。有教学过程，即使字数少也是详案；没有教学过程，即使字数再多也是简案。使用“技巧”最好写详案，强调演示过程。对于概念、定义和过渡性句子还应该有预设语言。

下面是2014年10月17日我到虎城中学参加《城市薄弱校作文实效性教学策略的校本研究》结题会，承担的汇报课教案，也不一定规范，仅供大家参考。

学写“蝎子钩”训练教案

老师们：上述七招仅仅是我总结的《中学作文教学十八招儿》的一部分。为什么这样说呢？因为，还有一个如何把文章写好的问题，包括：审题、剪裁、如何使语言准确、生动和形象等问题，以及议论文、说明文、日常应用文的写作等一系列内容都没有涉猎。

即使选定这些基本内容，也体现一个育人育心的特点。其主要特点就是把“教书育人”落到实处。教育有其特殊性。在教育界，任何一种工艺的传承，都离不开正确的理论和理念为统领，是由于教育对象具有主观能动性所决定。

这就有一个通过本课程到底应该学些什么的问题。为此，我提出以下几点建议：

建议之一：把先进的教育理念落实到每一项具体工作的设计与实施过程中。我们应该认识到：作文是一项学习内容，更是一个创造过程。面对一个个学生，想做到“一把钥匙开一把锁”，工艺浩瀚永远也学不全。因此，需要教师在一定的教育原则、理念的指导下，以不变的原则，寻找和创造出一系列有效的招数，以适应指导不同学生作文的需要。说白了，就是对于我所介绍的技巧不要照搬；以免出现邯郸学步。

建议之二：把如何利用主观能动性，促进提高学生的写作水平作为一项重要内容去研究。生活中，垂钓者持续盯住鱼漂几个小时都心甘情愿，因为那是一种高雅的享受；如果换成去盯墙上画的一个红点儿，无论心理和心理都难以承受。因此，不能以1+1必然等于2这一自然科学的思维模式对待教育，更不能对待作文教学；要把培养学生兴趣和习惯放在重要位臵，激励他们去创造。这就如同学习负担一样，其重与不重的标准，不完全取决于学习量的多少，很大程度上要看是否超过学生被动接受学习的极限。

建议之三：站在被教育者立场，考虑学生的需要与接受能力。离开需要，给予都有可能成为负担。因此，选择用竹子、蝎子和母鸡下蛋这些生活中司空见惯，且看似不起眼的小事辅助教学；而不是一味追求高、大、上，追求

所谓系统。我认为：离开了促进学生健康而个性地发展，一切所谓系统，都不是系统。

最后，我要说明的是：新《课标》下，教师不仅是知识的传授者、人生的引领者，更是一种教育元素。教师兴奋点就是教学质量的增长点，且直接关系到学生的学习与发展；因为，影响大于说教，因为，亲其师，才能信其道。这就需要年轻教师以红胜火的青春拥抱教育，拥抱学生，拥抱师生共同的未来；一定会在自己岗位上做出成绩！

五、作业（考核）

仿照案例，结合实习材料中任意一项技巧，设计一个突破知识点的操作过程（片段），用一句时髦的话讲，叫做“微课”教案，或写一份教案（详案）。要求：

1、要有比较完整的实施过程，

2、字数不限，但要表达清楚。

附：指导教师点评：

这是来自一线教师的经验交流，个性特征贯穿始终。我认为本单元交流突出三个明确：

1、教学对象明确，限定为青年教师。

2、教学目的明确，通过介绍作文教学中的某些做法，引导青年教师在教学上建立策略意识。

3、教学内容明确，“研究如何解决学生作文没有可写的问题”。在整个交流过程中大致有4个方面值得肯定。

（一）把先进的教学理念具体化，用理论和理念指导教学工作。“三在”把以学生为主体具体化。“在生活中学习，在模仿中学会，在比较中生成”， 注重学生的学习原则、学习方法和收获的内容。《学写“蝎子钩”训练教案》在这方面做了诠释,尤其在师生活动的设计较好地体现了“学生为主体，教师为主导”。

主讲教师在介绍过程中，围绕着如何“教”的问题，提出一系列观点：如思维训练与表达训练分开训练；习惯是素质，良好的学习习惯就是能力；利用首因效应问题，以及关于课业负担种的标准等。正是这些观点和认识促进了教学方法和学习方法的改变。

（二）突出实践性教学原则。语文课上使用实物道具给人眼前一亮。情节、插叙这些概念不容易理解，与植物中的藕、竹、苇、草类比，就很容易理解；打腹稿不易被人注视，但用鸡带血的初蛋（母鸡生的第一个蛋）比喻很容易让人记住。尤其，“向自我介绍打消学生的畏惧心理”，你说师生第一次见面相互介绍，到底是正常的交际还是教学过程？我认为，这是一节寓教学于生活之中，且精心设计无雕琢的作文课。

（三）训练有系统、有梯度，循序渐进。本课程围绕解决学生作文没的可写问题，从打消心理畏惧、到搜集生活素材，一直到把中心表达明确，一个问题一个问题地解决；而不是眉毛胡子一把抓。如以竹节喻情节看似简单，其实

抓住了解决思维和认识上的问题。我相信，在“没的写”问题解决之后，主讲教师还会提供解决“写不好”的类似做法。
