本施工组织设计是我就南通市如皋林梓镇明珠花园三期工程而写的。该工程由南通新源人防有限公司承建，南通市原点设计院有限公司设计。该施工组织设计由工程概况、施工部署、施工平面布置、施工季度计划、主要施工方法等构成。南通市如皋林梓镇明珠花园三期工是四层商品房小区，6#、7#、8#、9#、10#、11#楼均为砖混结构体系，13＃楼为框架结构。总建筑面积为17664m2，工期为210天。6#、7＃、8＃、9#、10＃、11＃楼采用柱下条形基础，13#楼采用独立基础.基础施工测量包括基槽开挖的抄平放线、基础放线、±0.000标高以下的抄平放线。为了保证建筑全高控制的精度要求，在基础施工中就应注意准确地测设标高,为±0。00以上的标高传递打好基础.±0。00以上的标高测法,主要是用钢尺沿结构外部向上竖直测量,在四周共设三处,以便于相互校核。这些均为我在书本中感到抽象的地方，现在通过工程实践得到深刻的理解.通过这半年的实习,我熟悉了工程的施工流程以及在施工过程中工程各个部位所应完成的工作内容。

Abstract

The construction organization design is I Nantong Rugao Lin Zizhen pearl garden project phase three and write. This project by Nantong new source of air defense limited construction, Nantong City origin and Design Institute Limited design. The construction organization design by project general situation， construction deployment， construction layout, construction plans quarter, main construction method. Nantong city Rugao Lin Zizhen Pearl Garden phase three workers is the four layer of the commercial district， 6， 7, 8 ＃ ＃ ＃, 9, 10， 11 # # # buildings are brick structure， 13 # floor frame structure。 The total construction area is 17664m2， for the period of 210 days。 6, 7， 8 # # #， 9, 10， 11 # # # building using strip foundation under column, 13 # building with independent foundation. Foundation construction measurements including trench excavation leveling line，  + 0 elevation below the levelling line. In order to ensure the whole building high controlling precision， in infrastructure construction should pay attention to accurately measure the set level, + 0 above elevation transfer to lay a good foundation. + 0 above elevation measurement， is mainly used for steel structures along external upward vertical measurement, around a total of three， in order to facilitate the mutual check。 These are my books are abstract in place， now through the engineering practice to get deep understanding。 Through the six—month internship, I am familiar with the construction process and construction process in engineering parts should complete the work content。
