Bojji who is thought of to be a merely 'dumb' deaf boy holds a strong graspon the emotions of people surrounding him. Kind to a whole, he simply takes other regards as more important than himself; such as when he was questioned about the missing clothes he simply shrugged it off as playful acts.

Like Bojji, Kage is also a cursed being, however his curse seems to be a hereditaryone given to every member of his clan, supposedly as a divine punishment for some ancient offense they committed against the gods. This seems to give him a mild resistance to certain curses, as his pre-existing curse refuses to be replaced by anything else.

However, it's difficult to gauge how many of Daida's thoughts & feelings are truly his own, and how many are a result of the influence of his magic mirror, which has been advising him in privatefor years. As Queen, Hiling holds appearnce and behavior to be very important, reprimandingthose who appear to be acting out of turn.
