1.sale 打折，特价 There’s going to be a sale at Macy’s next week.（下周Macy’s百货有特价。） Julie bought her jacket at a sale for twenty dollars.（打折时，朱莉花$20买了那件夹克。） have a sale The bookstore across the street is having a sale.（对面街的书店正在搞特价。）

2.Special Deal 特价、特卖 类似的说法还有： Deal of the day 今日特价、今日秒杀 deal有"交易"的含义，在购物口语里直接说"Deal."表示"成交"，=It’s a deal. Special offers 特价出售、特卖 offer可以表示"报价"，在谈论购物相关的话题时，offer表示"特惠"，limited time offer就是限时特惠的意思。 Seasonal offers 节日特惠、促销季特惠, 并非针对某个季节，而是泛指整个折扣季、促销季。

3.On sale/Sale 打折，廉价出售 商店里如果有"On sale"的标志，大家都知道是在打折了。 同时，on sale还可以表示"正在出售、热卖"的意思，与之相反的"待售"，表示还未上市出售，是for sale。

4.Off 表示xxx折扣，常用off 30% off = 30% discount 7折 50% off 半价,5折 20% off all computers in Dixon’s summer sale（Dixon夏季特价，所有电脑8折出售。） We got $10 off the chair because it had a small mark on it.（椅子上有点瑕疵，所以便宜$10卖给我们。）

5.Discount 折扣，打折 "打折"在国外与我们习惯的表达不太相同，他们通常是告诉消费者减掉的部分占了多少百分比，比如： 10% discount = 9折 20% discount = 8折 30% discount = 7折 30%/£50 etc. discount （这里折扣含义和xxx% off 一样） get a discount =pay less 获得折扣 You’ll get a discount if you pay in cash.（现金支付可以打折。） discount on 可以折扣价购买某类商品 Workers at the store get a discount on books.（书店员工买书可打折。） There’s a 30% discount on all electrical goods.（所有电子产品七折出售。） at a discount =at a reduced price 以折扣价出售 Air UK is currently offering tickets to students at a special discount.（英国航空现在有学生特价票。） Enjoy up to 20% savings plus an additional 10% discount for members with YOUR RATE. 6.Up to...... 无论商场把 XX% off 写得多大，你基本都可以在后面找到一个很小很小的up to（最多XX折），比如up to 50% off，是最多打5折，可不是所有的商品都打5折！ 6 折起，就是 Up to 40% Off（最多拿掉 40%） 3 折起，就是 Up to 70% Off（最多拿掉 70%） Roman Originals offers amazing sales all year round! 7.Coupon 优惠券 优惠券在我们购物时，常见于电商以及各大超市，比如买一送一、满...减...、XX元X件等等。 Buy one get one free 买一送一 Buy two get one free 买二送一 Buy two get one free. 买二送一。 Buy five get two free. 买五送二。

X for YY 量大从优。购买X件YY元 比如最近电商的1件100元，5件400元，10件600元，1 for ￥100，5 for ￥400, 10 for ￥600。

8.购物砍价必备： 1)想说能否再便宜一些： Could you give me a discount? Could you give me a little deal? Could you give me a better price? 2)批发购买，量大从优： Is there any discount on bulk purchases? （bulk purchases = buy something in bulk，大量地购买） 3)直接砍价到理想价位： I'll give xxx dollars for it. xxx块，我就买了。 How about xxx dollars? xxx块 咋样？ 4)商家可能会这样拒绝你的砍价： We have only one price. 谢绝还价。 We won't make any further reductions. 我们不能再降价了。 5)折上折 Further reductions 折上折 reductions=price reductions，意思是"减价"，further表示"更多的"。further reductions就是在原有折扣的基础上再打折，也就是"折上折"。
