Objective To establish a comprehensive standardized training knowledge framework continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) tailored to ICU nurses' needs, derived from an investigation into their specific knowledge requirements. Methods A survey was conducted among ICU nurses from three tertiary hospitals between June 2021 and June 2022, utilizing convenient sampling. The original training knowledge was determined by combining the survey results and literature review. The final knowledge system index of CRRT standardized training for ICU nurses was determined by two rounds letter consultation of 10 experts from different regions. Results A total of 132 nurses participated in the survey. 81.82% of ICU nurses operated CRRT independently, with 75.76% regularly performing CRRT procedures. Moreover, 78.79% received consistent CRRT training, expressing substantial demand for knowledge enhancement. Their specific needs centered on critical areas like CRRT alarms, related complications, emergency plan, the integration of CRRT with ECMO, different connection methods, anticoagulation techniques, closed-circle methodologies, and operational protocols. In the construction phase of the knowledge system, the first and second rounds of questionnaires achieved a response rate of 100.00%, supported by authority coefficients of 0.865 and 0.875, respectively (P |
