孩子们的天性如此，如果被迫接受持续时间较长的课程，他们可能无法集中注意力，即使他们仍然坐在书桌前。自然，这将导致学习效率的降低，这也会降低他们的学习兴趣，甚至是产生厌学情绪，这肯定不是老师或是父母想看到的一幕。

参加超过一小时的课程意味着过度使用眼睛，并可能以久坐的姿势度过数小时。

年轻的孩子们往往对外界环境以及周边的人都有着很强的好奇心。充分利用每小时一次的课后息和娱乐机会将对他们身心的全面发展至关重要。比如，孩子们可以进行多人游戏，体育锻炼，聊天交流，甚至是什么都不做只是神游太空。

长时间的集中注意力不仅对学生来说是困难的，甚至对成年人也是如此。老师可能需要在整个上午不断地关注和指导，以确保每个学生都参与到课程中并吸收知识——如此大的工作量对于教师而言也需要休息来调整自己。

2. 第二个例子是人们通过看果汁很高大上fancy的外包装这个外因，知道它是high quality。

在美国的南部有一片非常大的沼泽叫做Everglades，这里的环境被破坏的非常严重。

1、外来物种破坏本地生态系统。举了一种植物，非常的高大，很多的动物没法在里面筑巢；

2、之前这个地方非常的潮湿，水量很多。但是最近水量减少，土壤变得非常的干燥，不适于动植物的生存；

3、汞污染，当地的很多的动物死于汞中毒，而且那些吃鱼的捕鱼人也受其影响。

听力给出解决办法：

1、鼓励农民减少一些肥料的使用，因为肥料助长了那些入侵杂草的生长；

2、原来为了防止出现洪水，因此很多水都被下水道给排走了。关闭一部分下水道来使得沼泽恢复自己的水量；

3、要求周边工厂使用低汞煤代替高汞煤，减少汞污染。

There are planets in our solar system that have very many moons, and they all form by a relatively similar process, that is, they have a strong gravitational force of their own and then suck all the surrounding gas towards them.
