风险管理是否规范和严谨是衡量一家企业规模及可靠性的重要标志，一家公司的管理层或高级商务经理在参与项目竞标或治谈巨额合同时，客户避免不了询问公司针对项目风险有哪些具体的管控措施。BEC考试对于风险管理不会过多涉及，但作为跨国企业高级商务人员，应当对风险管理相关知识及英语词汇熟练掌握和使用。

扩展知识：Exposure在不同商务语境下的含义辨析：

Exposure这个词是商务英语里面曝光率相当高的核心词汇之一，除了使用频率高，它的意思也比较多样化。在这里，我通过查阅牛津商务双解词典，对其进行了归纳整理。

1、当该词用于财务用语时，有两种含义，第一种：表意为风险。英文解析–the fact that a business, an investor…etc. risks losing money, for example if customer do not pay their bills, or if investments fail; the amount that could be lost. E.G. The company has plans to reduce their high exposure to bad debt. 这家公司计划降低其坏账的高风险。 当exposure作为风险意思时，常见短语有：to have (an) exposure 存在风险  to avoid/increase/limit/reduce exposure 规避/增加/限制/降低风险

2、第二种：表意为投资机会。英文解析–the opportunity to invest money in sth. E.G. It’s hard to gain exposure to property with small amount of money. 大额资金很难有机会投资于房地产。

3、当该词用于市场营销或公关时，表意为：（在媒体上）亮相、曝光、或被报道。 英文解析–opportunities for people to see advertisements and information about a company or its products on television, in the newspapers, on the Internet, etc. E.G. We’re trying to increase our brand exposure on the Internet. 我们正努力在互联网上增加我们品牌的曝光率。 当exposure出现于市场营销及公关时，常见短语有：to gain/have/increase exposure  受到/有/增加报道
