The hotel provides shuttle from airport and it was very convenient since the driver was waiting with your name written on a paper. The hotel is located near the best spot to visit the avatar mounting and its around 1 hour driving from airport. I arrived very late in the evening - around 23:30 and Lucas from reception was that kind to arrange late dinner for me. In the morning he arranged such a great trip for the short period of time i had in zhangjiajie- arranged the entrance tickets, cable car tickets, also assigned a driver to bring me to the canyon and glass bridge which definately worths visiting! one ov the best experience ive ever had - glass bridge, zip liner, slide, boat trip, cave visiting and many other activities. The driver was waiting for me to finish and then drove me back to the airport. the facilities are clean and new and its very comfortable. If you take the mountain view room - there is a breathtaking view early in the morning and your balcony will be the best place to have a cup of coffee.
