Abstract:

 Based on the traditional construction method of roof color steel tile, this paper introduces an integrated 

construction technology of high

-

altitude production and installation of super long roof color steel tile. The technology 

solves the problems such as large number of joints, easy leakage, long working time at high altitude and complex 

operation under the traditional small unit scattered splicing method, and effectively ensures the forming quality and 

waterproof effect of the roof color steel tile. At the same time, the construction process is safe and reliable, which not only 

improves the construction efficiency of roof engineering, but also avoids the damage in the transportation process of ultra 

long unit prefabricated steel tile materials. The construction process has high degree of mechanization and good green 

environmental protection benefits.

组研制了一种超长屋面彩钢瓦高空制作及安装一体式施工

方法，提高了防水性能，解决了工期问题。

超长屋面彩钢瓦施工

施工准备󰀡

根据施工图纸对屋面进行深化设计，计算所需铺设

彩钢瓦的坡面长度和面积，确定彩钢瓦加工长度尺寸及数

量，并绘制出彩钢瓦准确尺寸的加工图和安装支架位置图。

测量放线及高空压瓦机架设

2.2.1 

测量放线

建立屋面控制网，山墙、屋脊中心线通过地面引测至

屋面上，自山墙中心线起，沿屋脊线每隔

5 m

引测出屋脊垂

线到屋面檩条上，并做出标记，在近檐口的支撑件上测设

屋脊平行线，控制屋面板的檐口直线度。

2.2.2 

高空压瓦机架设

将整个屋面施工划分为若干个施工段，并根据施工段

范围确定高空压瓦机架设位置。将车载高空压瓦机支腿打

开，用枕木铺垫调节支撑使轮胎离地并达到水平状态，把

彩钢卷端部压入压瓦机，通过液压升降系统将高空压瓦机

目前，大多数厂房屋面彩钢瓦采用工厂轧制成形后运

输至现场，然后通过垂直运输设备将其吊运至屋面安装，

再用自攻螺钉固定

。该方法施工速度较慢，施工机械和人

工费用高，在吊装过程中易使彩钢瓦翻倒，同时安装搭接

头数量多，易渗漏。因此，针对传统方法的不足，需研制

出一种超长屋面彩钢瓦高空制作及安装一体式施工方法。
