Make Sure the SMB Settings such as Host Name or IP, Share Name and Document Path are Entered Correctly.

Make Sure the Credentials Used to Login to the SMB Server are Entered Correctly.

Make Sure DNS is Configured When Scanning to SMB using a Host Name.

Scan to the IP Address of the Server Instead of the Host Name.

Make Sure the Date & Time are Set Correctly on the Device.

Power the Printer Off and On.

Update the Device Firmware to 57.21.xx or Later.

Make Sure there are no Firewalls or Proxy Servers that may block the connection to the Destination Server. Contact a System Administrator.

Make Sure the Scan User has the Correct Permissions to Access the SMB Share on the Destination Server. Contact a System Administrator.
