心律失常三病区隶属于北京安贞医院心律失常中心，现任科室执行主任王云龙教授。

科室拥有多名全国知名电生理领域专家、高级职称专家、国家卫健委心律失常介入培训导师。目前心律失常三病区年收治各种复杂心律失常患者3000余例，包括房颤、房扑、房速、室早、室速、室上速等射频消融手术、冷冻消融手术以及左心耳封堵手术、缓慢性心律失常起搏器植入手术。科室在心律失常中心主任马长生教授指导下，在王云龙主任的带领下一直致力于探索房颤尤其是长程持续性房颤的手术方法，包括左房后壁隔离、Marshall静脉无水酒精消融、各种线性消融、基质改良、非肺静脉触发灶的消融，提高房颤患者的一次性手术成功率；同时积极开展房颤射频消融联合左心耳封堵的一站式手术，有效控制房颤的同时进一步降低房颤患者血栓栓塞风险；特殊患者的零射线全三维绿色电生理手术；积极探索提高各种复杂、外院手术失败或者复发的特发性室性心律失常、器质性室性心律失常、室上速患者的手术成功率。先后在多个国际著名学术期刊上发表多篇有影响力的原创性学术成就。病区专家还承担了多项国家级研究课题，同时也是硕士、博士培养点。 

The Arrhythmias Ward 3 is affiliated to the Arrhythmias Center of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, and the current department director is Professor Wang Yunlong. 

The department has a number of nationally renowned experts in the field of electrophysiology, experts of senior professional titles, and arrhythmia intervention trainers of the National Health Commission. At present, more than 3000 patients with various complex arrhythmias have been admitted to the third arrhythmias ward every year, including radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation, left atrial appendage closure and  pacemaker implantation for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia, ventricular arrhythmias, supraventricular tachycardia, etc. Under the guidance of Professor Ma Changsheng (Director of the Arrhythmia Center), and the leadership of Director Wang Yunlong, the department has been committed to exploring ablation methods for atrial fibrillation, especially long-term persistent atrial fibrillation, including left atrial posterior wall isolation, Marshall vein ethanol ablation, linear ablation, substrate improvement, ablation of non pulmonary vein triggers, and improving the one-time ablation success rate of patients with atrial fibrillation; At the same time, actively carrying out one-step operation of atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation combined with left atrial appendage occlusion to effectively control atrial fibrillation and further reduce the risk of thromboembolism in patients with atrial fibrillation; Zero ray three-dimensional green electrophysiological ablation for special patients; Actively exploring and improving the ablation success rate of patients with complicated, failed or recurrent idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias, organic ventricular arrhythmias, and supraventricular tachycardia. The Ward has successively published many influential original academic achievements in many international academic journals. The Ward has also undertaken a number of national research projects, as well as master's and doctoral training points.
