People put the bikes on their backyard, or some stole the bike for personal use. So the bad behavior happen in all countries. It is not fair to blame the developing countries and regard people in the rich countries are all polite. We need to see things in the equal way. 不良行为在所有国家都会发生，指责发展中国家却认为发达国家的人们都是礼貌的，这是片面的看法。我们应该要用平等的态度看待事物。

PE class is always favored by students, because they can go out of the classroom and enjoy the freedom in the playground.
