We loved everything about this apartment and experience. We came in very late on the train and Svetlana met us after midnight without any problems. She was so kind, warm, and welcoming, giving us all the information about the apartment, and the local area. It was almost as if we had arrived to visit family and we immediately felt right at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and beyond our expectations based upon the photos. It is on the top floor of the building with a balcony that overlooks the Kyiv skyline. A minutes walk from the main entryway you'll find a 24 hour supermarket, and two minutes walk will bring you to a wonderful little breakfast cafe. Another nice note and great surprise about the apartment was the artistic nature of the entryway and the extra services provided (drinking water, comfortable towels, great coffee maker, etc.). In fact, the apartment almost feels like an artist's studio and we really agreed that it was so charming. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the kids loved the upper loft bed. Truly wonderful! Air Loft pays attention to every detail and it shows. We spent a lot of time in the City Center which was only about 10 minutes by taxi from the apartment. A quick and inexpensive ride. On our last day there we went to the nearby Georgian restaurant recommended by Svetlana. The ambience, food, and experience was all wonderful. This was a family vacation for us, and Air Loft made it very special. We will definitely return the next time we are in Kyiv. Thank you so much! You are the best!
