在clinet连接数据库时为提示：

ora-12528 : message 12528 not found; product=RDBMS ; facility=ora

解决办法：

(-)：

先连接到实例t1cdp1,然后shutdown abort,接着startup nomount(忘记了接下来是否执行了alter database mount),此时就退出了登陆,再次尝试登陆的时候就报错：

SQL> conn

iat/welcome@t1cdp1

ERROR:

ORA-12528: TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connections

1. cmd下面输入lsnrctl,查看当前实例所有监听器的状态

C:\>lsnrctl
