最近购买了，地平线4游戏，但是游戏启动过程中出现了闪退，具体表现为出现启动图片后3秒左右，程序退出；起初我像众多网友一样，找一下网上的帖子，网络上解决方案如下： 修复direct组件和修复c++运行环境；DirectXRepair修复2月11号更新闪退教程重置游戏，重新下载游戏，更新启动等；地平线4最全闪退解决方法官方支持team也给了解决方法：My Game is Not Launching or is Crashing on PC关闭不兼容软件等，具体不兼容软件，可以参考官方解决方法。https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/forza-horizon-4-crash-on-pc-solved/#f9 可以参考；但是上述方法，大概率上不能解决问题，需要大量尝试；我的解决方法可以参考： 查看windows日志，观察游戏启动后和闪退后，产生的错误；如果还出现错误，可以使用纯净启动，逐一排查服务。具体可参考：极限竞速 地平线4 无法启动、载入画面后几秒后闪退的解决办法 通过纯净启动，通用性解决方案； 上述问题，显示的是，anyshare程序对地平线程序产生了注入干扰。我通过查找anyshare程序，发现为北航云盘，重新卸载，并重启后即可启动。其他相似问题，也可以通过这种方法排除，我觉得这是终极方案。建议关闭360，主动防御模块，晶核防御模块，或者简单重新安装程序。  附录：官方解决方法 If you are having trouble launching your game on PC or are experiencing random crashes, Please thoroughly attempt all steps. Close the Windows Store app if you have it open. Click Start and type 'WSRESET', without the quotes. Right click on the command and click 'Run as Administrator'. If the Windows permission box appears, click 'Yes' or 'Run'. A black MS Dos screen will appear for a few seconds. Wait for it to disappear and the Store will automatically open.
