产品概述:

采用PVC材质,它具有强度高、重量轻、耐腐蚀性能好、不易老化、噪声低等特点,是一种较理想的新型防腐蚀风机,该系列风机适用于排送一定浓度的腐蚀气体,也可作为一般工厂的建筑物通风换气用,或作为实验室、电镀厂、化工厂等有腐蚀气体场所的通风换气用。 产品结构 风机中№2.8~6主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、电机等部分组成。№8除具有上述部分外,还有传动部分。 (1)叶轮:由10个后倾机翼型叶片、曲线型前盘和平板后盘组成,用玻璃钢耐腐蚀材料制造,并经动、静平衡校正,空气性能良好,效率高,运转平稳。 (2)机壳:做成二种不同型式。其中№2.8~8机壳作成整体,不能拆开。 (3)进风口:制成整体,装于风机一侧,与轴向平行的截面为曲线开关作用是能使气流顺畅时入叶轮,且损失较小。 (4)传动:由主轴、轴承箱、流动轴承、皮带轮或联轴器组成。

(3) Air intake: made into a whole, installed on one side of the fan, the cross-section parallel to the axis is a curve switch, which can make the air flow smoothly into the impeller, and the loss is small.

(4) Transmission: It consists of main shaft, bearing box, flow bearing, pulley or coupling.

1. Pump impeller: Hydraulic form conforms to API685 standard. It is the main characterization component of the hydraulic performance of the magnetic pump. 2. Pump shaft: It is an important part of bearing impeller and inner rotor and transmitting torque.
