咏 鹅

—— 骆宾王

 

鹅鹅鹅,

曲项向天歌。

白毛浮绿水,

红掌拨清波。   

 

【作者简介】

  骆宾王(640? – 684)与王勃、杨炯、卢照邻齐名,被称为“初唐四杰”。684年徐敬业起兵讨伐武则天时,骆宾王代他写《为徐敬业讨武曌檄》。檄文罗列了武后的罪状,写得极感人。当武后读到“一抔土之未干,六尺之孤安在”两句时,极为震动,责问宰相为何不早重用此人。徐敬业兵败后,骆宾王下落不明,有被杀、自杀、逃匿不知所终等传说。

 

【诗篇大意】 

    大白鹅呀大白鹅,弯着脖子仰天欢叫。洁白的身躯漂浮在碧绿的水面上,红红的脚掌拨动着清清的水波。

 

【解题】

这是骆宾王七岁时写的诗。这首咏鹅诗不仅写得生动逼真,而充满了天真的童趣。

 

注释

①咏:用诗、词来叙述或描写某一事物。

②曲项:弯曲的脖子。项,颈的后部。鹅的高歌与鸡鸣不同,鸡是引颈长鸣,鹅是曲项高歌。

③掌:诗中指鹅的脚掌。

④拨清波:划水。

Geese, O geese!

Necks curve and sing to sky with glees;

Your white plumes float on water green,

Red feet paddle streams clear and clean.
