摘 要 本文从法律语言学的角度剖析了法律英语高度名词化现象，阐述了名词化作为立法语篇显著文体特征的理据以及对法律翻译的启示，并总结出部分汉译英应对手段。

Abstract  This paper analyzes the linguistic phenomenon of high nominalization of legal English from the perspectives of forensic linguistics. On the basis of expounding the rationale of such a conspicuous stylistic and generic feature of legal English as well as its implications for legal translation, the author summarizes a number of coping tactics for translating legal documents from Chinese into English.
