第一封催稿信，论文投出去1个多月了，状态一直是‘with Editor’，希望催促一下。

Dear Editors:

I am sorry to be bothering you, however, I wish to serve you a kind reminder about the submitted manuscript ID: 论文编号 (“论文名称”). I am hopeful of the fact that your high office is actively working on it. Nonetheless, I notice that the status of the manuscript has been ‘with Editor’ for more than one month. This is the first time that I submit a manuscript to your Journal (‘期刊名’). and I hope I could submit new manuscript in the future. So, I am wondering if it would be appropriate to arrange reviewers as soon as possible.
