1. How many public holidays do you have in China?

We have seven public holidays and China. These holidays include the Spring Festival, National Day and New Year, just to name a few. Of course, each holiday is important to our country, because it celebrates our culture.

2. Do you think people need more public holidays?

I think we could use more holidays. I love to celebrate with my family, friends and community while enjoying the spirit of a special occasion. Holidays give people the chance to kick back and relax too, which is important.

3. How do you usually spend your holidays?

Generally, when there is a holiday, my parents and I go to my grandparents’ home. Then, we eat a ton of food, play games and enjoy a community event. This often includes setting off and watching fireworks.

4. Which holiday is your favorite?

My favorite holiday is Spring Festival. There is something refreshing about greeting a new year. Plus, I love spending time with family, passing out red envelopes and eating delicious foods.
