Although my major was tourism management, still, I was quite interested in mechanical engineering, so, after graduation, I took my first job as a management trainee in Wrigley confectionery Shanghai plant .I really enjoyed the time in Wrigley, not only for getting the precious opportunity to obtain LEAN Manufacturing knowledge, but also for making friends with my workmates from different functions, such as QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and the like.

A: Most of us may know Wrigley is a top-notch company in the confectionery industry. Why did you decide to leave?

B: Yes, you can say that again! Wrigley is indeed a great company! I started my first job in Wrigley, and I worked there for nearly 5 years. Say, I can still remember the day during production slack season when a head hunter contacted me by providing the job information of production supervisor in Johnson&Johnson Minhang Plant. I just wanted to have a try, and fortunately, I got an offer from Johnson&Johnson after 3 round of face-to-face interviews and a reference check.
