王小磊,男,南昌大学教授(二级),博士生导师,国家级百千万人才,有突出贡献中青年专家,青年长江学者,江西省九三学社青工委副主任。2009年毕业于长春应化所,获博士学位(导师杨秀荣院士),主要研究方向为光响应材料在生物医药领域的应用。入职南昌大学后,先后获江西省杰出青年、赣江特聘教授、百千万人才、青年井冈学者等人才项目支持。现任南昌大学未来技术学院院长,南昌大学化学学院副院长,南昌大学发改委生物工程药物及其技术国家地方联合中心副主任,南昌大学“光健康新材料技术国家一流学科特区”方向负责人,江西省5511医用材料与生物技术优势科技创新团队负责人,江西省2011生物药物与生物技术协同创新中心生物技术方向负责人。同时兼任国家科技奖励答辩会评专家(化学组)、科技部重大专项会评专家(生物医用材料方向)、中国青年科协委员、中国卫生部抗菌协会委员、江西省外国专家引进评审专家、江西省研究型医院学会骨科分会基础研究组组长、广东省重大科技项目评审专家(生物医用材料方向)等社会兼职。

2012年,作为第一完成人获吉林省自然科学学术成果奖一等奖;2016年,作为第一完成人获江西省自然科学奖二等奖;2018 年,获中国生物材料学会颁发的青年论文奖(全国共30人获奖);连续三届在“挑战杯”等高校创新创业类比赛中获得省赛金奖。其中,2019年,作为第一指导老师指导学生项目在第十六届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛中获省级特等奖,国家级铜奖;在第五届“互联网+”创新创业大赛中获省级金奖、国家级银奖,这是该年江西省的最好成绩,并入选2019年“一带一路”中国高校成果展;2019年获得江苏省“双创人才”企业创新类荣誉称号;2019年被授予中国高校创新创业先进事迹获得者;2019年被授予年度“新时代赣鄱先锋” 突出贡献好榜样荣誉称号;2020年入选国家百千万人才工程,授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号;2020年被教育部授予“青年长江学者”荣誉称号,2021年通过专业技术二级岗位答辩。
