单词 = 前缀（可选） + 词根（必选） + 后缀（可选）

词根：决定本义

前缀：一般前缀改变词义（大部分）；特殊前缀改变词性（只有几个）

后缀：一般改变词性

注：

词性：动词、名词、介词……

词义：单词的意思

上一节主要讲解了高频的特殊前缀，这一节主要讲解一般前缀中的高频否定前缀

常见的否定前缀:通常以 a，d，i，m，n，u 6 个字母开头：

字母 a 开头

1. a-:否定前缀

amoral：adj. 不道德的

【a + moral-道德的；注意：immoral不道德的】

eg. moral character 道德品质

 atypical：adj. 非典型的

【a + typical-典型的】

eg. M.I.S is an atypical prison organization.——《犯罪心理》

译文：M.I.S是个非典型的监狱组织

apolitical：adj. 非政治的

【a + political-政治的】

2. ab-:否定前缀

abnormal：adj. 不正常的;变态的

【ab + normal-正常的】

eg. Danielle, there is nothing abnormal about basil puree——《绝望的主妇》

译文：丹尼尔，罗勒汤就很普通啊。

eg. But suppose we draw the abnormal case. ——《耶鲁大学公开课：死亡》

译文：但是假设我们画一个反常案例。

abuse：v. 滥用;虐待

【ab + use-使用】

eg. Strange. In this case the abused actually became the abuser —— 《犯罪心理》

译文：太奇特了，在这案例中，受虐者摇身一变成为施虐者。

注：（the + 形容词） 表示某类人

eg. the old 老年人；the young 年轻人；

3. anti- :否定前缀，反...，抗...

antisocial：adj. 反社会的

【anti + social-社会的】

eg. I believe the defendant（被告） has antisocial personality disorder with prominent narcissistic（自恋）. ——《逍遥法外》

译文：我相信被告有着突出型自恋的反社会人格障碍

antismoking：adj. 反对吸烟的，禁烟的

【anti + smoking-吸烟】

anticancer：adj. 抗癌

【anti + cancer-癌症】

eg. anticancer drug 抗癌药物

antibody :n. 抗体

【anti + body-身体】

字母 d 开头

1. dis-:否定前缀

dislike：v. 不喜欢

【dis + like-喜欢】

disable：v. 使残废;使失去能力

【dis + able-可以，能够】

eg. I had to disable my Sneakoscope because it wouldn’t stop whistling. ——《哈利波特与火焰杯》

译文：我不得不弄坏我的窥镜，因为它一刻不停地鸣笛尖叫。

disease：n. 疾病

【dis + ease-舒适，安逸】

disorder n. 紊乱

【dis + order-顺序】

disincline  v. 使不愿意

【dis + incline-使倾向于】

eg . be inclined to 倾向于，愿意

eg. I am disinclined to leave these attractive lakes now, in the fall of the year, with winter coming on. —— 《吹小号的天鹅》

译文：我现在真不愿意离开这迷人的湖，这可是一年中的秋季啊，冬天就快来了。

2. de-:否定前缀，表消极的，不好的

decrease：v. 减少

【de + crease-增长 = grow】

eg. Equal breath sounds, but respiratory（呼吸的） effort decreasing. —— 《逍遥法外》

译文：双肺有呼吸声，但是呼吸在减弱。

decline：v. 下降， 拒绝

【de + cline-倾斜，斜坡】

eg. He tried to hire me. I declined. —— 《福尔摩斯基本演绎法》

译文：他想雇我， 不过我拒绝了。

eg. the decline of his fortunes, then? ——《福尔摩斯探案之蓝宝石案》

译文：那么他家道中落又是在怎么推断出来的呢？

defrost：v. 除霜，解冻

【de + frost-冰冻，结霜】
