摘 要

C6150车床

C6150主轴箱是车床的主要基础件和支承拌之一,也是较为典型、比较复杂、技术条件要求较为严格、废品率较高的箱体类铸件.其底部盛油不得渗漏,上部开口为箱口。床头箱生产一直沿用传统铸造工艺方案,其铸件浇注位置选择箱口朝下,箱底朝上,分型面在铸件中部最大截面处, 两箱手工模板造型。铸件内腔由两壁隔开三个空腔, 是由三个主型芯形成,落在下箱,术质芯盒.手工制芯.该方案的长处在于主型芯较小,形状较筒单,芯盒制造、制芯都较方便,型芯烘干和下芯位置也一样,下芯、合箱都很方便。

    本说明书对于C6150车床主轴箱进行设计,其中包括:

主传动系统的运动设计有:确定极限转速、确定公比、确定转速级数、确定结构网和结构式、绘制转速图、确定齿轮齿数和拟定传动系统图。

主运动部件的结构设计有:带传动的设计、确定各种计算转速、确定齿轮模数、确定各轴最小直径和设计部分主轴主件。

设计完成后轴与轴承的校核:轴的校核主要通过轴颈、结构、运动等计算出轴最大承受的力量,能够正常工作的时间。轴承则通过与每根不同的轴的连接,确定要用的轴承,选出最好的轴承,最终确定轴和轴承是否达到要求。

其中最主要的部分则是主轴部件结构:C6150的主轴部件结构的剖面部分是以前支撑为主,后支撑为辅的三支撑部件。前、中支撑分别是深沟球轴承和圆锥滚柱轴承,螺母通过蝶形弹簧来控制预紧力和补偿热膨胀。后支撑是一只单列向心球轴承,它在箱体支撑孔。

Abstract
