For years, Americans have been instructed to “follow the science” when it comes to COVID-19, but when CEO Elon Musk announced on Wednesday that Twitter’s new policy will do just that, you could almost hear the “thuds” across the social media platform as liberals fainted in horror.

“New Twitter policy is to follow the science,” Musk tweeted, “which necessarily includes reasoned questioning of the science.”

Ahhh… there’s the rub.

“Reasoned questioning,” it appears, was, for many propaganda-loving progressives, “canceled” from the scientific method — which Britannica defines as “the process of observing, asking questions, and seeking answers through tests and experiments” —  at about the same time the genetically-modified virus allegedly escaped from the Wuhan lab in China.

And, as BizPac Review has reported, prior to Musk, Twitter, with the help of the White House, did its level best to cancel it from the platform.

In the latest edition of the explosive “Twitter Files,” David Zweig of the Free Press revealed that Twitter “rigged the COVID debate” by “censoring info that was true but inconvenient to U.S. govt. policy; By discrediting doctors and other experts who disagreed,” and, “By suppressing ordinary users, including some sharing the CDC’s *own data.*”

THE TWITTER FILES: HOW TWITTER RIGGED THE COVID DEBATE

At the behest of the Biden administration, multiple accounts — including those of respected medical experts — were buried or booted from Twitter altogether for daring to question the official COVID-19 narrative.

With questioning now allowed on Twitter, Eric Weinstein, a mathematical physicist, economist, and the managing director of Thiel Capital, stated, “This. Changes. Everything. If true.”

“Is that a 1000% commitment to biologists that they can stop *lying* about biological sex, healthy reproductive development, ‘herd immunity’, genetic differences between geographically separated populations, horse paste, Wuhan Inst. GoF, etc.?” he asked.

This. Changes. Everything.

If true.

Liberal members of the media and champions of “The Science” rushed to embarrass themselves with tweets suggesting that questioning things as a scientist is just “dumb.”

“Something a really dumb person would tweet,” was the best comeback New York Times contributor Wajahat Ali could muster.

German physicist Sabine Hossenfelder explained why most people — including Musk — are just too stupid to be allowed to question things as important as science.

“This makes me feel incredibly uneasy. Not because of its content, which is kind of unobjectionable, but because it’s the same vibe I get from flat earthers and climate change deniers,” she tweeted. “They all think they are reasonably ‘questioning the science’ while ignoring any explanations that they’ve got the basics completely wrong and living in a bubble in which others cheer them for doing so.”

“Ahh the mantra of climate-change deniers for the past 40 years and anti-vaxxers forever,” Greg Jericho of the Centre for Future Work, snidely tweeted. “At least he’s not being subtle.”

And journalist Ashton Pittman claimed, “By ‘reasoned questioning,’ Elon Musk means bats**t clown car conspiracy theorist drivel.”

Thankfully, for every attempt to continue the gaslighting of America, there was a strong show of support for Musk’s declaration.

“This is fair and reasonable,” tweeted NASA Earth Cartography and Data Visualization lead Joshua Stevens. “And if any scientist tells you otherwise, never let them wax poetic about curiosity and wonder ever again.”

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton acknowledged the implications of Musk’s policy for many “woke” activists and policymakers.

“Bad news for transgender extremism, covid totalitarians, and climate alarmists,” he tweeted.

“Everyone should be on board with this if they are rational, not propagandists,” stated Newsmax contributor and former Trump advisor Jenna Ellis.

This is fair and reasonable.

The debate is certain to rage on, as liberals scramble to hold on to their shredding narratives.

As independent researcher Champagne Joshi put it, Musk’s seemingly commonsense tweet is quite possibly, “The Most Dangerous Tweet of 2022.”
