俗话说“一孕傻三年”，意思是当女性怀孕后，准妈咪的记忆力会有衰退的迹象，常常会丢三落四，而且有研究发现当女性怀孕后的确有可能出现记忆力衰退和认知能力下降等问题，通常我们叫此为“孕傻”，英文表达是baby brain。

Just when a pregnant woman might need to multitask, research has confirmed that the long-suspected "baby brain" effect kicks in, as suspected, and may impair memory for up to a year after birth.

怀孕的女人本就需要身兼多职，而研究却证实长久以来流传的“孕傻”说法是真的，怀孕会造成准妈妈记忆力衰退，其影响力甚至会波及到产后一年。

Studies showed that up to 80 percent of women reported impaired cognitive ability, particularly increased forgetfulness. The cause is not known, and theories include hormonal changes and sleep deprivation.

研究显示多达80%的女性报告说自己怀孕后认知能力下降了，特别是健忘越来越严重。原因尚不明了，有理论称“孕傻”是由体内荷尔蒙变化和缺觉引起的。
