如果是對於一本書的讀書報告或心得報告，可以用 book report，如:We get our students to write a book report whenever they finish reading a book.

心得感想也可指一個人的想法，像 How do you feel about...? 跟 How do you find...? 常用來問對方對某事情的心得是甚麼，例如:

A: I am done reading "Pride and Prejudice".B: How do you feel about it?

另一個例子:

A: I heard you finished reading "Lord of the Rings". How do you find it?B: I found it boring and slow.
