[2]Type "setnpcweight xx"(her face will be broken but ignore it)

xx has to be the same weight as when you installed her.

[The solution for her eyes problem under the AFT management]

Her eyes will refer the following eye texture forcibly when you manage her with AFT whichever eye version you choose.Skyrim/Data/textures/actors/character/eyes "eyevampire_01"So, you have to rename eye file to eyevampire_01 and overwrite to it, if you want to fix her eye color under AFT management.

* For example, in the case of v1.6=> Rename to eyevampire_01 from eyeorphee.dds (blue eyes)(you can find this file Data/textures/actors/character/Serana/eyes here)=> Put its renamed file to Skyrim/Data/textures/actors/character/eyes
