上海立信会计金融学院法学院成立于2016年6月，是由原上海立信会计学院文法学院、原上海金融学院法学院、原上海金融学院社工专业合并组成的二级学院。学院设有法学专业（金融法方向）、法学专业（经济法方向）、社会工作三个专业方向，并拥有金融法律与政策研究中心、税法与会计审计法研究中心法律诊所等多个研究与实务实践机构。

法学院现有教职工51人，从事相关学科教学的专任教师40名。 教授4人，副教授9人，讲师27人。具有博士学位教师34人，多名博士教师进入博士后流动站，进行博士后学术研究，硕士学历教师5人。在职教师中，双师型教师比例达到60.8%，具有行业背景教师比例达41.3%，具有一年以上海外留学经历的教师18人。教师中有中央政法委、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、司法部、教育部“双千计划”1人，教育部新世纪优秀人才1人，上海浦江人才2人，博士生导师2人，硕士生导师4人。另聘请来自武汉大学法学院特聘教授2人，来自著名高校包括北京大学、中国人民大学、中国政法大学、厦门大学、复旦大学、华东政法大学等10余名国内著名教授担任法学院客座教授。拥有一批公、检、法、律师事务所、银行、证券、保险、基金等法律或金融机构中从事法律实务工作的兼任教师，兼任教师包括全国法官十杰、全国十佳公诉人。学院重视与国内外经济法、金融法教学研究机构及学术社团组织建立密切联系，法学院法学教师在各种国家机关和学术团体担任顾问、理事、常务理事、会长和副会长职务。

学院教师近年来承担了国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社科研究项目、上海哲学社会科学基金项目、上海市决策咨询课题、上海市人大立法课题、上海市法学会课题、上海市教委重点课题等各类与金融、财税法律相关的课题研究20多项。同时，学院教师还承担了上海市教委重点课程、上海市精品课程《经济法学》的建设，上海市本科教育金融保险专业重点建设高地项目“金融法学”课程和教材建设工作。目前有多门课程获得上海市教委重点课程立项，20余门课程被列为校级精品、重点、双语和全英文课程的建设项目，承担校内教改课题多项。法学院努力以科研促教学，学院目前主编出版《世界贸易组织国内税问题》、《国际税法案例教程》、《金融法学》、《经济法学》、《国际商法（英文版）》、《WTO法律规则（英文版）》等著作、教材30余部。学院教师在《中国法学》、《税务研究》、《法商研究》、《法学》、《社会科学家》等期刊上发表论文百余篇。发表的科研成果多次被人大复印资料、新华文摘转载或获得各种奖励。法学院金融法及国际金融法学科、财税法及国际税法学科在全国具有一定影响。

学院承担了《法学概论》、《经济法》等多门公共必修课的教学任务，面向全校学生开设了公共选修课30余门（含松江大学城跨校选修课程），拓宽和优化了立信会计金融学院学生的知识结构，对全面推进素质教育，培养复合型人才具有重要作用。学院还积极开展对外学术文化交流，与香港城市大学、韩国仁川大学、日本立正大学等建立了学术交流关系和教育合作项目，包括互派学生交流。与美、英、澳、丹等国多所高校建立合作交流关系，积极探索学科专业和人才培养的国际化发展。

目前法院在校学生约800人。经济法专业培养“通法律懂会计”复合型、应用型、国际化高素质人才；金融法专业培养“通法律懂会计”复合型、应用型、国际化高素质人才；社会工作专业培养“通社工懂法律”复合型、应用型、国际化高素质人才。学生生源质量较高,外省市学生录取的分数须超过当地一本录取线几十分。学生就业情况良好，考取研究生或出国留学以及通过司法资格考试的学生比例较高。为促使学生参加法律实践活动，建有模拟法庭、模拟仲裁庭、模拟律师事务所等多个实践教学场地，学院现有签约实习基地15个，实习基地涵盖法院、检察院、公证处、公安局、仲裁院、律师事务所、银行、保险、证券公司等法律、金融机构。学生参加的各级各类竞赛活动表现优异，曾获国际刑事法学院模拟法庭竞赛（英文赛）二等奖、中文赛三等奖、最佳书状第一名、特别荣誉奖，小城杯公益诉讼大赛冠军，上海市大学生模拟法庭竞赛三等奖等奖励。为鼓励学生认真学习，勇创先进，设立“汉盛法学奖学金”及“鱼渔法学奖学金”。

There are 51 faculty members, including 10 administrative counselors and 40 full-time teachers.There are more than 10 visiting professors and more than 20 part-time teachers from practical departments.Among the full-time teachers, 81.4% have doctoral degree or above, 53.8% have overseas study experience for more than one year, and 74.4% are double-qualified teachers.The quality of students in school is better, the admission score is high, generally more than a few dozen points of the local line;Students have a good style of study, high comprehensive quality, good performance in various competitions, and have won the second and third prizes of the International Criminal Court Moot Court English Competition, the third and first prizes of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Chinese Competition, the Best Defense Pleadings Award, the Special Honor Award, the champion of Shanghai Small Town Cup Public Interest Creative Litigation Competition and the third prize of Shanghai Moot Court Competition;The passing rate of the division examination is relatively high, with 43 people passing in 2018, accounting for more than 60% of the applicants;The number of postgraduates at home and abroad is relatively large, and half of them are admitted by overseas universities; the employment rate is relatively high, which is about 20 percentage points higher than the national average employment rate of law majors.

The characteristics of law school personnel training can be summarized in one sentence: training compound, application-oriented, international high-quality financial and legal personnel.One of the characteristics is to train compound financial and economic legal talents: economic law specialty trains compound talents who are familiar with law and understand accounting, financial law specialty trains compound talents who are familiar with law and understand finance, and social work specialty trains complex talents who are knowledgeable in social work and understand law.In addition to completing the core courses of this major, we should systematically study the core courses of accounting and finance majors, and carry out the practice of compound majors.The training of applied financial and legal talents is the second characteristic: Adhering to the school characteristics and historical tradition of honesty and equal emphasis on learning and research, the law school especially emphasizes the training of applied talents.There is a high proportion of practical experimental courses in the teaching plan.In particular, we should train and introduce double-qualified teachers with a high proportion of double-qualified teachers, employ more practical practitioners as part-time teachers, and teach trial practice courses and lawyer practice courses by front-line judges and lawyers.

Organizing personnel to compile characteristic case textbooks, developing and constructing a large number of practice bases, and cooperating closely with the bases for personnel training, and the construction of practice bases with Shanghai Free Trade Zone Court can be regarded as a replicable and popularizable applicati on personnel training model.Case analysis competitions are held regularly, students are often organized to participate in moot court competitions and subject competitions at home and abroad, and moot court invitational competitions are held regularly by using in-school laboratories, etc.Internationalized financial and legal personnel training is one of the three characteristics: the Law School has carried out cooperation and exchanges with many overseas universities, regularly organized teachers and students to participate in overseas study tours, and carried out student exchanges and teacher exchanges with overseas universities.Famous overseas teachers are invited to give lectures at the college.Students are regularly organized to participate in overseas discipline competitions and moot court competitions.Invite overseas colleges and universities to come to the college to teach and recruit students for postgraduate studies, one American public Ivy League school once admitted four students to our college and gave them all full scholarships. The Summer Program of International Financial Law and Master's Program of Transnational Commercial Law launched in cooperation with the China-US Foundation for Legal and Cultural Exchange and the China-EU Foundation for Legal and Cultural Exchange is becoming an important platform for training senior talents in international financial law.

The construction of four centers in Shanghai, the construction of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone and the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, the implementation of the national the Belt and Road strategy, all kinds of financial, economic, fiscal and trade activities are becoming more and more frequent and in-depth, legal affairs involving different fields are constantly emerging, and various forms of enterprises, financial institutions, law firms, Accounting firms and international organizations have the most urgent demand for high-end legal practicetalents (especially those with knowledge and skills in accounting, finance, international trade and taxation).It has increasingly become an urgent task in the field of legal services in Shanghai to train high-end legal professionals with international vision, solid legal skills, financial knowledge and ability to understand law and finance.Especially those who have knowledge of law, accounting, finance, taxation and foreign languages, as well as the international operation practices of financial services, are scarce.We will seize the opportunity given by the times and build the College into a high-level application-oriented University of Finance and Economics Law School with distinctive characteristics by virtue of its selection as Highland University.
