上一次我们做了机翻出师表，不过是随便写写，文言文变英文，确实是一个很好玩的事，那么我们就认真翻译一回！

【叠甲：本文整活为主，本人没有专门学过翻译，用的词也都是初高中常用的，这里完全是自己的理解翻得英文，如有误请指正】

PS：人名很多用了威妥玛拼音， 感觉翻译出来语气更有点权臣的感觉，不如原版诚恳

Never speaking unproper words without a wise idea. Never make our men fail to show their suggestions or using their abilities

宫中府中，俱为一体；陟罚臧否，不宜异同。若有作奸犯科及为忠善者，宜付有司论其刑赏，以昭陛下平明之理，不宜偏私，使内外异法也。

No matter in our government or in the palace. All the rules should be the same. No matter to encourage or to punish. All should be treated fairly. No matter a man is the traitor or the braver. All his fault or merit should be judged. Your Majesty! use this way to show our wisdom and fairness. Never be double standard Never be unfair to any of the man in our country

Official Kuo Yu chih，Fei Yi，Tung Yün，They are all loyal and honest They are kind and hardworking. For these quality were they chose to help my emperor. I thought the affairs should be solved by their ideas. No matter big or small things, You should ask for their suggestions. In this way can we fix problems and improve our country

　　将军向宠，性行淑均，晓畅军事，试用于昔日，先帝称之曰能，是以众议举宠为督。愚以为营中之事，悉以咨之，必能使行阵和睦，优劣得所。

General Hsiang ch'ung，He served in our army. He solved problems fairly and kindly. He is good at fighting in a war. When he was appointed by Elder Emperor ,his talent was found and took the duty of governor. Any decisions about wars and army should take his advice .In this way can we make our army braver and showing the power of the warriors

If we use a talented man to do an important task and keep traitors away. we will win in the age just like West'Han. Otherwise,We will fail just like East'Han. When Elder Emperor was alive ,He talked about the history with me. I showed my pity and pain about the failure of the failure of East'Han. Our Officials Generals, Workers All they were loyal people. The Emperor knew I was responsible and careful. He gave the task of saving the country. Since then I worried and worded harder. I don't want to harm our emperor's fame of wise. I took our army and fought in the South. Now our country is powerful! We have got enough weapon and armor. It's the time to encourage our warriors and started our Northern expedition war. I will use my power to finish this task. I will use my power! To Revival our Empire. It is what I can do to repay my emperor. As for giving suggestions and ideas in our government, I believe Kuo, Fei, Tung will do that

　　愿陛下托臣以讨贼兴复之效，不效，则治臣之罪，以告先帝之灵。若无兴德之言，则责攸之、祎、允等之慢，以彰其咎；陛下亦宜自谋，以咨诹善道，察纳雅言，深追先帝遗诏。臣不胜受恩感激。今当远离，临表涕零，不知所言

I will take the task to go and fight. If I failed, I will take my fault and get the punishment. If anybody failed to give off all their ideas for the country, He should be punished as well! Any of our fault should be shown

Your majesty! Use our own power to revival the country. Get ideas about governing the country well and taking them. For our Elder Emperor!
