应该正确并成功切换服务器

有时候会无法切换服务器，无论是选中后按Enter键，或者鼠标右键->设为活动服务器均操作失败！ 提示："请先选中服务器"

大概是这样提示的，但是具体的提示是什么给忘了

我看到前面的Issues 有说，自动更新订阅后，会自动选到第一个服务器，而不是更新订阅前的服务器。

我在出现无法切换服务器的情况的时候，也发现服务器是选到第一个的。可能和前面Issues反馈的情况有所关联(仅供参考)

出现无法切换服务器的情况下，只能退出程序，重新打开，才可以正常进行切换。

1.节点列表共81个，不知道与此是否有关。

2.有时候切换到xx服务器，然后正常访问网站，中途就可能会出现又自动选到了第一个节点的情况，导致断网(不知是否与前面提到的自动更新订阅有关)，而且第一个节点是网络是正常的，但是自动切换后居然断网了。只能重启软件(此时已无法手动切换服务器)

3.软件设置为开机启动，并开启了网速显示，不知是否与此有关，但是实测直接打开的时候也偶然会出现此情况。

4.开启了自动更新订阅
