摘
要: 为强化学生在综采工艺实验中的实操学习,基于 Unity3D 虚拟仿真平台,结合 3DMAX 三维动画技 术, 从系统设计方案和关键技术角度, 论述了综采工艺虚拟仿真实验系统设计、 实操强化、 实验考核的方法; 选取实验组和对照组学生,对虚拟仿真实验教学过程和实验教学效果开展跟进研究,并与传统实验教学方法 比较,进行教学效果评价。结果表明:综采工艺虚拟仿真实验系统在场景展示、原理、综采工艺实操和实验 考核方面有很大优势,调动了学生参与实验的积极性和主动性,有利于培养学生创新能力。

Abstract:
In order to strengthen the students’ practical operation learning in the fully mechanized mining technology experiment, based on the Unity3D virtual simulation platform, combined with 3DMAX animation technology, and from the perspective of system design scheme and key technology, this paper discusses the methods of the design, practical operation enhancement and experimental examination of the fully mechanized mining technology virtual simulation experiment system. The experimental group and the control group students are selected, the follow-up research on the virtual simulation experiment teaching process and the experimental teaching effect is carried out, and in comparison with the traditional experimental teaching method, the teaching effect is evaluated. The results show that the virtual simulation experiment system of fully mechanized mining technology has great advantages in scene display, principle, practical operation of fully mechanized mining technology and experiment examination, which arouses the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in the experiment and helps to cultivate students’ innovation ability.
