这些动词都有“治疗、医治”之意。

cure : 主要指治愈疾病。

At one time doctors couldn't cure TB/cure people of TB. 医生曾经无法治愈肺结核／肺结核病人。

treat : 普通用词，指接受并诊治病人。

He is being treated for a rare skin disease. 他患了一种罕见的皮肤病，正在接受治疗。 Western medicine tends to treat the symptoms and not the cause. 西医往往治标不治本。

heal : 侧重指治愈伤口、伤痛如灼伤等。

The wounds were gradually healing (up). 伤口在逐渐愈合。 The plaster cast helps to heal the broken bone. 石膏绷带有利于断骨的愈合。

remedy : 着重用药物对病人进行治疗。
