A638 Gr.660 은, 내열강으로 PH열처리와  ST 열처리가 있는, Super-Alloy (초합금) Metal입니다.

Turbine rotor, Bolt, Blade and Shaft up to 700℃ 까지 사용 규정된 강재입니다.

스테인레스 기본 원소인 크롬과 고니켈 + 내열 원소 몰리브덴 합금에

항공기용 소재이면서 합금시 중량 대비 높은 강도를 실현케 하는 원소인 Ti 합금입니다.

Stress-Rupture Test가 정해진 금속으로 Solution Treatment + Precipitation Hardening 처리 후

Test Temperature 650℃에서 450 MPa minimum이 제시된 금속입니다.

※ Heat resisting steels Alloy steels which retain oxidation resistance, high temperature corrosion resistance or high temperature strength under various circumstances at high temperature.

They often contain nickel, cobalt, tungsten and/or other alloy elements other then several % min of chromium.

Principally, they are classified into four types, which are martensitic, ferritic, austenitic and precipitation hardening, according to their structure.

Further, when total amount of alloy elements exceed about 50%, they are generally, called super alloy, heat resisting alloy or super heat resisting alloy.

내열강이란 고온에서의 각종 환경에서 내산화성, 내고온 부식성 또는 고온 강도를 유지하는 합금강으로

수% 이상의 크롬 외에 니켈, 코발트, 텅스텐 등 합금 원소를 함유하는 경우가 많으며

내열강은 그 금속의 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계, 페라이트계

오스테나이트계, 석출경화계, 4가지로 분류됩니다. 또한 합금 원소의 총량이 50%를 넘는 경우는

초내열 합금, 또는 내열 합금, 또는 간단히 초합금이라고 부릅니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc. is added and compounds of those elements or the like are precipitated by heat treatment.

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해 이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게한 강.

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재 용해 하여 고용되도록 시행하는 열처리.
