Speedtest是一个由Python语言编写的一个网络测速脚本，提供多个外网的测试站点，我们可以使用它测试网络的IO速度。
如果由于网络问题导致无法下载软件包，则可以通过安装模块到Python的方式使用它，请参考"安装Speedtest到Python"。

安装过程
1、安装Git
Git是一个文件版本控制工具。
[root@localhost ~]# yum -y install git
2、使用Git下载Seppdtest
[root@localhost ~]# git clone https://github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli.git
3、使用Seepdtest测试网络带宽
[root@localhost ~]# cd speedtest-cli/
[root@localhost ~]# ./speedtest.py
