全志的F系列芯片一直以高性价比著称，主要用于入门级的视频解码与输出SoC。全志F133是首款基于RISC-V架构的F系列处理器，F133是一款64bit处理器，性能比以往的F系列芯片有很大的提升，支持H.265/H.264 1080P@60fps的视频解码与输出，接口也更加丰富了，下面是全志F133的芯片参数简介。
