近日，全球数据处理公司迪罗基（Dealogic）发布数据显示，由于持续的高利率和美国债务上限闹剧的影响，今年第二季度全球并购交易总额同比下降了36%。

分区域看，今年第二季度，美国的并购交易规模下降了30%，至3184亿美元，欧洲和亚太地区的并购交易规模分别下降了49%和24%。

不过，二季度全球并购交易总额仍高于一季度，这也让一些人继续看好全球并购市场。分析人士认为，全球并购市场正在触底反弹，企业要想继续在本地和全球竞争，必须实现有机增长。

从二季度来看，一些并购案颇具代表，值得关注。其中，开利全球计划以超过120亿欧元收购德国菲斯曼集团旗下最大的气候解决方案公司，这次并购将使开利集团成为全球最具规模的气候解决方案集团之一。戴姆勒卡车和丰田汽车将合并日本卡车业务，新公司将成为中重型卡车领域全球最大规模的联盟。

巴斯夫创业投资公司（BVC）宣布，已在近期完成了对珠海光驭科技有限公司（“珠海光驭”）的投资。珠海光驭是一家专门从事光子晶体超材料研发和微球制造的技术企业。

BASF Venture Capital announced that it has invested in Phomera Metamaterials Inc., a technology company specializing in photonic crystal metamaterial engineering and microsphere manufacturing.

据介绍，光子晶体能为光伏、汽车、包装、消费电子和时尚行业提供多种应用。

Photonic crystal have multiple applications in the photovoltaic, automobile, packaging, consumer electronics, and fashion industries.

光伏建筑一体化（BIPV）行业将这些材料加入到太阳能电池板的粘合剂封层中，可创造出理想的表面效果，在不使用颜料或染色剂的前提下，依然保持光伏面板高水平的透光率和光电转换率。

In the building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) industry, adding the materials to the adhesive encapsulation layer of the solar panel creates a desirable surface effect while maintaining a high level of light transmittance and photoelectric conversion rate without using pigment or dye.
