PCR 材料力学性能研究
摘要:随着低碳绿色成为各界关注的焦点,消费后塑料( Post Consumer Recycling , PCR )逐渐进入了人们的视野,简要介绍了 PCR 的来源与力学性能的影响。研究不同添加比 例的 PCR 对材料的力学性能(拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度及悬臂梁缺口冲击强度)的 影响。结果表明: PCR 材料在经过消费、使用后,其力学性能较未经使用的塑胶原料降低。 同时随着 PCR 材料的添加比例增加,其力学性能也随之降低。最后就各国对于环保低碳的政 策,对 PCR 材料的未来发展趋势进行了预测。

Abstract : As low-carbon green has become the focus of attention from all walks of life, post- consumer plastic(Post Consumer Recycling , PCR)have gradually entered people’s field of vision. Briefly introduces the source of PCR and the impact of it’s hydraulic properties. The effect of PCR on the mesomatic properties of the materials (stretch strength 、 fracture elongation 、 bending strength and the impact strength of the cantilever beam notch) with different addition scales is studied.The results show that: PCR materials after consumption and use, it’s hydraulic properties are lower than unused plastic raw materials. And with the increase of PCR ma terial addition ratio, it’s hydraulic properties are also reduced. Finally according to the policies of various countries on environmental protection and low carbon, the future development trend of PCR materials is predicted.
